These guys are the real deal. Steve is the man. I traded a low mile ATV in for a full size ranger and it was so painless I will only deal with these guys. I can't tell you how great these guys are. Honest and they earned my business forever. Back to buy my kids small rangers.

Out of all the Polaris dealers we have done business with in the greater Cincinnati/Tri State area, On Target Polaris is our favorite. They treat you like family which makes the two hour drive worth it!! Amy, Steve and the gang are truly ON TARGET when it comes to getting the job done. No matter what!! I love this place and HIGHLY recommend it.

Terrible spent several hundred dollars on my bow and customer service was terrible. I ordered a string for it and it was two different colors not what I ordered and wouldn't replace it. They also failed to put the strong silencers and knocks back on such was on my other strong them out new back on without asking me and then charged me an extra $75.00 they are marked up on there prices at least 20% higher than any other place that I called they told me the reason is the figure the labor in for installing the product when I told them I was going to Install it myself they wouldn't take the labor off the items I would highly recommend calling some place else and checking prices before purchasing anything a pay close attention to anything you have done in the archery department another thin I had the cut and make my arrows for me spent close to $200 and the inserts are coming out of the ends of them and I doubt that the are going to replace them either just be cautious on what they charge you and pay attention to the service work they do also I recommend to just go somewsomewhere else

I ordered parts from on target and never herd from them again. I still need the parts but i don't want to deal with them again. Went on line to order parts but don't have a credit card so I'm kinda stuck. Need a solution.

I purchased a new Ranger from a dealer in a different part of the state but keep it in southern Indiana. It developed an issue which turned out to be a design flaw. The On Target service folks happily serviced my Ranger even though they did not sell it to me. They also were very informed about the issue and helped me with a short term fix and then serviced my Ranger again when Polaris came out with the permanent fix. Overall On Target provided great service.
