Dr Mangas is as laid back as they come. The Optical dept was very helpful. I'm picky and they were very patient with me. I asked lots of questions and Scott was super chill. I felt like family! Thanks for making my 1st experience an easy one! I'll be back!!

I have been a satisfied customer for long time. 30 plus years, long time! There's nothing better than feeling well taken care of by a family owned business year after year! Columbus Optical and the Oliver's are definitely a wonderful asset to Columbus! They have the biggest selection of frames in Columbus and are the easiest on the wallet! Kudos to them & their team!!

Had someone that worked there take a photo of personal information of mine and then send it to my in a message on messenger telling me how stupid I sound after repeatedly making comments about people with mental illness. When I called to make a complaint, a man by the name of Scott was not helpful and also rude. Police have been contacted to see what can be done about a clear breach in security with employees taking pictures and using personal cell phones to harrass potential clients. Terrible customer service. I was told to call the police with any complaints. So that's what I did. I hope they stand by their great suggestion on where to submit my complaint.

I had 3 glass picked up from them and every time I had a bad experience. This would be the last time I will go to that place. Zero customer care and will not deliver as promised. Took 3 weeks to get my glass and even with that, they made it wrong. This place is expensive and if you value your eyes, don't go there.

They worked with me to get contacts. I forgot mine and was out of town. Only charged me $2. Another place around the corner, wouldn't do it, they wanted to give me a vision exam themselves and would not take my dr's script

The receptionist Mary was very rude. I had many questions about my daughter's contact lenses and she talked me rude. I hope the contact lenses work for my daughter.

After several trips in(over a month), still could not see properly, wasted money on the appointment and contacts and ended up going to another Optometrist in town, who fixed my prescription (one eye was too strong causing blurring). I can see now, but I'm out DOUBLE the money for 2 appointments & 2 sets of contacts and they will not make it right or refund my money. Very disappointing, very expense and beyond frustrating.

I have trusted the Oliver family business ever since opening back in 1964. Married in 1966
My four daughters grew up going to Columbus Optical and now their families are keep the family tradition going.
No optical chain for us.

This store has a great selection of glass frames and a friendly staff. New frames never fit me right and the doctor took time to adjust them until they fit perfectly. I will definitely go back!
