I ordered bulbs for my light fixture and only after I placed my order and waited for two days was I informed that they required an extra $20 to ship. This was not stated on the website and even though they tried to add it to website after the fact, I have a screenshot proving that this $20 surcharge was not stated anywhere. Terrible service. I highly recommend Bulk Reef Supply.

They aim to please! Customer service is awesome, new customer area is smaller but still good use of space and service! Ordering online and picking up is a plus! Further away from previous location but still not bad to travel!

Bought a skimmer pump from Premium Aquatics online store. They sent me a pump with all the parts missing. Then told me, that pump doesn't come with those parts. Contacted Coral Vue. They said yes that pump should have come with a venturie and a new air line. Coral Vue is making it right. Last time I get screwed by these guys.

Premium Aquatics is the greatest resource for saltwater livestock and hardware. They have a huge selection, great prices and have experts ready to answer questions. The best part about being an Indiana resident, is most everything comes the next day without paying for fast shipping. Even if you don't have an aquarium, stop by to check out the livestock, its better than the zoo!
