Took out a vacation loan it's close to the pay off only their balance and my were off by $1400 hmmmm, when I told them about it ,they really didn't do anything !So I pretty much had to prove everything thing to them ! On fellow got a little smart with me on the phone (my blood was already boiling) the other gentleman was understanding and was concerned , pretty much got it straight now , could not believe their book keeping , holy smokes, took me 10 days to get this fixed !!!Word of advice keep a good eye on them !!!!
