Kohl's magic! Great store, always something you need on sale for a terrific price. Look for additional percent off coupons on the web for even greater savings. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I have been a regular shopper for over 10 years. Love this place!

All went well, but not one sales person ask me if I needed help, didn't even see one around until I checked out. Good thing I knew what I wanted and where to go!

Long lines, but they move fast. Customer service desk is staffed with rude, less than helpful people - they already have sneers on their faces before you open your mouth! Don't DARE ask for a gift box - it's beneath them to handle themyet Nordstrom wraps everything with a beautiful bow & they have been trained to act as though each customer is always right!

Good place to get brand name clothes for not a lot of money. However, anything that isn't related to clothing (the 2nd floor) is rather pricey. This store also gets busy easily but checkout lines move fast. Employees are very personable and there's lots of parking.

I've always loved shopping at kohl's but today was ABSOLUTELY Horrible. It was just a sunny Sunday and me and my mother decided to check out kohl's to find some nice clothing.
After we were done we went to go check out and waited a total of 20 minutes in line when there was only one person getting checked out.
An old lady named "Beth" was our cashier and she gave us no attention for about 10 minutes until she noticed us standing there waiting for her to ring us up. First she gave us a dirty look, then whispered under her breath and said "they barely speak English". WHEN I WAS SPEAKING FLUENT ENGLISH RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. After that I paid her her money ($20) and she used a marker to check if the bill was fake or real. I have never experienced something more disgusting in my life. She did this all because of me and my mothers race. Don't ever come here and make sure you don't ever get rung up by her. Never should you treat a human being like that. Small wait at online pick up but pleasant service. Jewelry department opened their register when they saw long check out line. Big store, nice selection, good discounts.

Clerk wouldn't honor a 15% price discount.. Thankful that she didn't as I found the same items on sale for 50% less on the online store. Hate stores that play discount games. This business model will die with this generation.

I'm very unhappy with this place right now. They advertised 4 different small appliances from different manufacturers at a very good sale price. I bought all 4 only later to learn later that the rebate only applied to 1 of the 4. So I overpaid for the other 3 when I could have gotten those items cheaper elsewhere.

Id give it all 5 stars if I didnt have 2 come here twice already due 2 the very poor craftsmanship on da purse I got n then when I got a completely different 1 I'm now here in the parking lot waiting to go inside cause this 1 did the same thing happened except worse!! I got a HUGE HOLE ON THE SIDE SEEM! SO SINCE I'LL GET STORE CREDIT I HAVE 2 TRY AND FIND YET ANOTHER PURSE DAT HOPEFULLY FINALLY WILL HOLD UP N I'LL ACTUSLLY GET TO USE IT MAYBE AT LEAST ONCE!! CROSS UR FINGERS THIS 1 DNT RIPE CUZ AT THAT POINT I'M GONA B DONE WIT KOHLS!
