  Very rude and horrible service the lady inspecting my car was not very nice and didn't believe me that my car had very low miles on it because of its age and wrote a very high mileage on my title destroying the value of my car by doing that I was nothing but nice to them and they gave very bad service I've seen better

  Aren't always the friendliest but I guess I wouldn't be either if I had to deal with what they do everyday. The building could use an update.

  Rude and disorganized supposedly getting a "new system". My time sensitive documents could be lost and when I told them "that's not my fault they are having trouble with the system" the woman goes "your done" pushes my stuff across the counter

  Nice people trying to please! Information systems online are 20th century. More online payment options and information retrieval, less driving to LaGrange!
