  Staff is politethe theatre is in need of a makeover, however, it's nice to have in towncan't wait for new reclining sofa seats to be installedold seats are very uncomfortable

  dirty and can't take little ones. My daughters 7 and tall and can't see over the seats! Floors were dirty and sticky

  Really like this theater they're putting new Rocker chairs in and the management is very friendly and willing to help you out if there's an issue the projector broke on the movie we went to see they gave us a full refund plus free admission to the movie of our choice don't get service like that very often

  It is usually cold in the theater but I have enjoyed visiting since I was a kid. I still love going if only it weren't so expensive I could go more often

  The theater needs to be renovated in order to keep local business. I want to continue to support Madison.but would like to see some improvements.
