Went for my significant others work Christmas party, and while it was a lot of fun, we did notice some things. A lot of the glasses and plates were dirty/you could feel something stuck to them when you touched them. Wait staff was nice, but it took ages to get a drink and they were out of some stuff for drinks. Also, be careful when wearing heels here, as the tiles, while natural looking and beautiful, are uneven and make walking a little dangerous. We still had fun though, and they had heaters all over the patio area, and the food was good, so I would recommend it!

Awesome restaurant in old Scottsdale! The food was excellent, one of the members of our party is gluten free and the restaurant was easily able to accommodate. Service was also fabulous. Would recommend to visit and also recommend not to eat all day before going (so much food)!

Had a great experience on Saturday night! We enjoyed the patio and our friendly server. We were impressed by how smoothly the restaurant handled all the large groups. The Salmon and Ribs were unique and tasty as well as the Platinum Margarita's. Can't wait to give Tortilla Factory another whirl!

We had to wait 2 hours for a table last night and it was worth the wait. The tortilla soup was excellent! The Filet and Ribs were to die for and the service was pleasant and the server even made my wife happy after such a long wait. Its nice to see an established restaurant booming during these trying times. Look forward to making Tortilla Factory part of our rotation.

we ate here for dinner and got to sit on the patio! the food was amazing and so were the margaritas! they serve fresh jalapeno tortillas while you wait and those were so yummy. you do have pay for chips and salsa but those aren't expensive and you get SO much! the patio was gorgeous and our server was so nice

We were in on Monday night and enjoyed the beautiful misted patio! The service was great and the ribs and meatloaf were wonderful. It was our first visit during the summer and will not be our last.

My family had a nice meal last night. The food, service and margarita's were exceptional. We really loved the complimentary cheese tortillas with sour cream butter. Our server took the time to walk us through the menu and made our evening relaxing. We can't wait to come back.

"We were visiting from out of town and we saw the advertisement for the Tortilla Factory Restaurant in the advertisement book at the town house we were staying in, and so we decided to try it. Were are so glad we did the food was excellent and the atmosphere was amazing. Our waiter Chris was very good he suggested some items from the menu and we were so thankful for his suggestions. We had a wonderful evening and will return on our next trip to Arizona."

9/21 a large group of us dined for a going away. It was the first visit for many in my group and every single person had a wonderful experience. The food and of course, margarita's came at recommendation by your servers and were excellent choices. We had two servers, both great! Mike especially stood out to all of us with his charismatic and friendly presence. He was attentive to our every need, even anticipating many before we had to ask. A group that size seemed effortless to Mike. He was sharp and energetic, I'm sure an asset to your restaurant.
