The Service Manager is so helpful. She takes the time to explain exactly what is being done and when, she also works hard to get you in and out in a timely manner.

I live in FT Bragg, NC. this dealership is in Okeechobee Florida I called around looking for a truck that had exactly what I wanted and of course the price after much searching I called Steve and he had one on the lot that almost fit my needs after a bit of work on his part he got the changes made and I got the truck I was looking for this was awesome and it was a painless process! When I picked up the truck this weekend I met the people who worked there they were all so friendly and very knowledgeable they helped to make this a very easy process since buying a new truck can be so stressful. I would recommend this team for all your vehicle needs!

I do not like Dodge vehicles. I am a Chevrolet man. However, the personnel at our Okeechobee Dodge are super people, Especially that Roxsanne Reichert lady. I think they really care about their customers.

I have bought 2 vehicles here within the last two years, we had a great experience . The General Manager Jeff was very helpful along with Steve the sales Manager . Rick the finance Manager went over everything with us. We was greeted by several staff members . Roxsanna was a pleasure to work with . Great place I love the fact I have a life time warranty as well.

After four service visits and a substantial amount spent on service had a backyard mechanic fix the issue with our Jeep for less than $100. Sales department was equally bad.

My father recently traveled 16 hours one way to pick up a vehicle that had been towed their to get a key because the poa could not find the key after their fathers death when my father arived they said the vehicle needed a battery and it did not they had unhooked the cable then said the vehicle needed a starter it did not need that either they put the vehicle in first and unhooked the cable the shifted the vehicle from park to neutral and drive and offered insistently that they would have their boys fix all of the mentioned issues in the shop they did not know we had the new tags because the tags on the vehicle had expired when we drove away they called the police even though all bills were paid this is a fraudulent dealership who takes advantage of people who come from out of town. DO NOT STOP HERE FOR ANY REASON they are scam artists
