I’m so happy right now. Amazing food, great happy hour.

Update: Yesterday was so great I came back again. The service is lacking immensely. Disappointing. The hostess ignored me (twice) despite my having a reservation, I requested no salt on a margarita and when it came with salt, they just poured it into a different glass. Fun fact: still tastes like salt. And when I tried to place a order after only having been here 30 minutes, I was asked “did they give you a time?” There’s a time limit with a reservation? Disappointing all around. Down from five stars to four because I remain hopeful. And the food/drinks are amazing.

Delicious Mexican fare at this cozy West Village spot. Cocktails were tasty, and appetizer portions were substantial. The queso was delicious, and the elote was extremely flavorful!

I loooove Mexican restaurants and this one is definitely one of my favorites in the city. I was going there probably once a week when I worked in West village. I went back this weekend after a while and remembered how good it is. Their prickly pear margarita is my favorite and shrimp tacos are one of the best I’ve ever had! Plus bartenders are so nice and attentive:)

Good atmosphere, friendly service. Good was not bad. Chorizo Fundido is an excellent choice for a starter. Fish tacos are fried and a bit to greasy for my taste.

We came there around 645pm and there's available seats but not too many. Food is really good and fast. Service very good too. The price is more of $$$ than $$ but totally worth it.

The food tasted great. Shaky tables and spotty service but neither of those detracted too much from the experience. Drinks are overpriced.

Everything I've had here is excellent! By far my favorite fish tacos in the city. Try the smoky jalapeño margarita. The staff is great as well. Would definitely recommend the happy hour!!! Go here!

This place is awesome. This is like another side of Mexican food. If you want a change up in what you eat from the usual this is the place to go. My family and I always make a trip to this place from the NY like its a field trip. trust me this is the place to go.

Wow, we had the al pastor and fish tacos, the best we've had in NY. I grew up in New York and it rivals the very best there. I don't know how everything else is, but the tacos were great. it has most of the common Mexican beers and even offers the 'cawama' coronas - 32oz. We also had a great margarita, and sangria but I went mostly for the food.

The best Mexican food in New York but the music is so loud I had to shout at the top of my lungs to be heard across the small table: I'll never return. I commented on this to the hostess on the way out but she did not seem to care. Go alone with ear plugs and you will enjoy excellent Mexican fare.

Wonderful Mexican restaurant that we happened to stumble into for brunch. They had a vast assortment of sipping tequilas and a well-balanced menu of other cocktails, as well. The food was satisfying and the service was outstanding. They accept reservations, so if you are in a group of 3 or 4 and don't want to sit at the bar, call in advance to secure your spot.

An upscale Mexican restaurant, reasonably priced with a fairly relaxed atmosphere. The food is very good. The vegetarian tacos with lentils were great, the vegetarian nachos were amazing and the ice cream with chocolate fudge was excellent and had a touch of spice to it which made it unique. Pro tip: make a reservation as it can get crowded after 6 pm even on a Monday!
