We had Willy B and Ray R. The worlds best service. So helpful and made sure we were well informed on the vehicle. They are one of the main reasons we bought our car. So kind and thoughtful and also very upfront with information that some dealers may try and keep hidden. Very good experience.

Great prices. Great staff. Great experience overall. Kenneth our salesman and Wilfredo the manager were both very helpful and knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took for us to complete the purchase, even pushing until midnight to complete. Thanks!

Had an excellent experience at Off Lease. Kenton helped me and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He worked with my budget and was knowledgeable. I picked a car that had structural damage and he found the same car with the same price in their inventory that was not on the lot I walked. He definitely went the extra mile. I am a woman and would have never known if he had not informed me. Many other Salesmen would've just sold me the car. Thank you Kenton for making the dreadful car buying experience a whole lot easier and fun!

Didn't end up purchasing a car due to my own financial reasons but had a wonderful experience. Kenton helped me and was the best sales person I've ever dealt with. He was honest and tried to accommodate me in ever way possible. If you go to the Miami location ask for Kenton, you won't regret it.

We had a wonderful experience at Off Lease Only Miami. Michelle Molina took care of us as soon as we walked in the door. She was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to ensure we ended up with the car that best fit our needs. After having an underwhelming experience at several dealerships in South Florida, it was refreshing to work with someone who was honest and eager to help. Once we decided on the perfect vehicle Jose went over financing packages without any pressure and assisted us in choosing the best option. I will definitely send anyone looking for a car to Michelle and Jose.

I must tell you of this wonderful experience I've had with my car Purchase, Michelle Molina is a very experienced person, patient and super easy to deal with. Her high professionalism really made my day. Also Mr. Omar helped and explained every detail of the financing, in a very easy to understand way; for sure will recommend this dealer to all my friends.

Outstanding customer service provided by Jon Caballero. Jon was super helpful, friendly and had a major amount of patience. I’m super happy with my new vehicle, which was way below the average market price. Off Lease got a huge selection of cars and really good deals. Overall a great experience. Strongly recommend.

Kenton and Glenn were great to work with. Kenton was very up front and honest with each car I was interested in, which made me feel very comfortable. Glenn explained all the financing and contracts thoroughly so there was no confusion. Just had my new car checked out today by a mechanic and everything was great. The 5 day exchange policy really makes you feel at ease. I will definitely get my next car from Off Lease Only.

My experience at off lease only was the best experience ive had. My husband and i have been searching for a new car for months now.
Everything was fast and easy and Cheap!! Kenton was great and friendly and very knowledgeable on all types of cars, and Chris in the finance department was so nice and very patient. This place offered an awesome car buying experience! I'm always weary of being pressured by salesmen.. I hate dealership where the salespeople hover like vultures.. This is not the case at Off Lease Only. My husband and I had the great pleasure of dealing with Brandon Cox and he was so wonderful. He helped guide us through the process without being pushy at all. So helpful and knowledgable of the different options. I was a fairly quick process too! We were expecting to be there all day but it was quick and painless. Thank you Brandon and thank you Off Lease Only!

I bought my car last Sunday here and the provide me a good service. Alain, the sales man provided me with an outstanding service on a very hot day. He was kind, helpful and patience with me at ALL TIMES. The only thing that I didn't like was the attitude of his supervisor. Excluding that I have no complain about the place.
