I had my son's birthday party at Odyssey Fun World Tinley Park on 12/11/17. To this day it was one of his best birthday parties ever. The venue was very clean and the staff was super friendly. They made sure he felt special on his big day and that he and his friends had a blast. We were even able to accomodate extra last minute guests that we weren't anticipating with no worries thanks to their helpfulness. They also helped box everything up and cleaned up so it was one less thing I had to worry about which was a relief. I would highly recommend hosting your child's next birthday party there.

I had my sons party at this location. He had cousins of all ages. This location offers laser tag and the Xbox room tunnels and arcade games along with a ferris wheel for smaller children and a small roller coaster my only issue is that I pay $550 to have a party for 20 children and half of the children cannot even use the tunnels instead of being able to substitute the tunnels for say laser tag they just lost out on being able to use that option. In part with this issue like I said I'm paying $550 and 10 of the children cannot use part of what's included in the package I'm only allowed to use the party room for 2 hours so altogether I paid for 2 hours to use a room and have someone bring me pizza cups plates napkins silverware had to go back up to the counter myself on several times to get more of everything that I needed seeing as the room was set up for 10 children not 20 I could have easily brought my own cups plates napkins silverware went up to the counter got my own pizza. I could have paid separate and only paid $460 for just the bracelets alone basically the issue is the package is not worth $565. I have been coming to Odyssey Fun World since I was a child and it's sad to say that this will be the last time that I have my son's birthday party at Odyssey Fun World

Very over priced! First & only time & I couldn't believe their prices way over priced.. Christmas decorations were the only nice things however most of the inflatables were only inflated halfway needed much more air in it the santa chair was full of dust looked like they've had it for over 10 years without cleaning . the entire play place looks very old & dingy with the $267 I spent there sure looks like they could afford to clean better, fresh paint & new carpet. to take the baby in the ball pit it's 8.99 are you crazy I can go to McDonald's & go in the play ball pit set for free!!! When we were there the entire place was empty in my opinion the entire staff could've used that time to clean the dust & wipe down all the dirty games . not looking forward to ever going back I'll stick with chuckie cheese much cleaner & saves me a lot if money

Okay from growing up and having my birthday here before this place has really gone downhill. The animatronics dont even work anymore, like why just keep them covered up dusty and in the way if you aren't utilizing them. It's an eyesore. Half of the arcade games upstairs DO NOT work, where's the mechanic when you need him or her?? And are you seriously going to charge to ride around on a sit down scooter? I want to cry because this place used to be the best spot for birthdays and just to have a fun time why are they giving us less? Especially the children you and chuck e cheese need to get it together or just go out of business and let Hollywood park do it. At least they upgraded 👍

Wonderful place to bring kids 4 and up. It is always busy! They have rides and games alike. A huge birthday area and outdoor fun too. It is a great place no matter what the weather is outside. Plenty of parking and a fun atmosphere.

The actual place is a lot of fun and there are lots of things to do for kids however the arcade games give out not enough tickets for How high all the prizes are marked for instance any of the basketballs are over 2,000 tickets . Most of the other places already give you double the amount of tickets this place does not. Go karts we're fun . The batting cages were closed and the boats were closed.

I am currently visiting the Odyssey Fun World here in Tinley Park, IL. Today they have a special for unlimited 4 hours Explore Package costing $29.99 TOTAL.

I have always been a fan of Odyssey Fun World to say the least I think it's the best arcade and amusement park for all ages in Illinois besides GameWorks, Dave & Busters, etc. I even had my 3rd birthday party in this same arcade here in Tinley Park.

Today I was disappointed. I came in literally 30 minutes ago. Hopped on 1 ride with a wristband no card perfectly. Then I wanted to get on another and I couldn't without my card. I came back to the register and told them I lost my card. I paid cash and let them throw the receipt away (my fault I see). Later on Miranda the GM, Kevin GM and Amy the cashier said that they could not replace my card without a receipt, I repeated the receipt must be in the trash below.

Miranda with an attitude repeated the same thing to me three times without listening to me. Then rudely snarled and said the business was family owned after I said I will write a review to corporate.

I walked away and came across another GM walking around. I explained to him my situation and he easily gave me my card back to do the attractions instead of the games.

I greatly thanked him but he himself said, that's the policy and he didn't know why I got on the first ride without the card. All in all. They need to work on their employee and general manager training. Highly rude.

Hate to say goodbye to a long time favorite but I will not be back!

Mostly cool except I, the chaperone, wasn't able to supervise the kids in the exploration adventure site because I didn't have socks and refused to spend another penny after hosting a $400+ party package! Mind you, I was told it was a health hazard but kids were allowed attend with the same socks they played outside in the outdoor park with! Also, since I'm in the middle of venting, the "hostess" rarely acknowledged us and I had to go find her and remind her that we only had the room for a little while longer and needed her to bring out the cake.

Went thete on a saturday late afternoon, upon arroving there were people smoking marijuana, near the fromt. Not expecting much at this point i went in with my kid to a somewhat dirty and empty place with a worse vibe than black friday walmart. Planning to stay for an hour i proceeded to ask if i could use the wifi while my kid enjoyed the games. Two clerks were very rude and told me i couldnt access. It, even though a previous customer also asked and received access. Nothing more to say my kid had fun i didnt. Rides were dirty, did ound cigarette butt. Safe to say ill never come back

I attended this location for a few parties, the food is typical pizza, chicken wings and etc. The unreserved tables for parties get packed on Saturday afternoons around 3pm-5pm and it looks like a turf war scene as families try to mark their territory. They have cards you load money on to play games. We gravitated towards the obstacle area near the back, it's a shoe-free area with tunnels and ball pitsthis is the highlight for toddlers and above but supervision is a must, it's easy for a small child to get lost in the tunnel maze.

Came for the go karts, but the 6 people running the go karts regularly took 20 minutes to fill all of the carts. During this time there is no one on the track so the staff is clearly too inept to do their job in a timely manner. Avoid if going here for the carts

Decent place to spend a rainy day, though the prices could be a bit lower, and it would be nice if they maintained the machines a bit better.
