I went to this car wash on Saturday Dece 2,2017 to have my car wash I pay $25.00.and the name of the wash was call Diamond The car wash wasn’t that great. And the inside wasn’t vacuum at all but I pay$25.00 to get my car vacuumed and washed I went to the owner or manager and he saw the inside of my car and he stated that they did not do a good job they did a horrible job Manager was no help I was just totally unhappy I would never go to that car wash again

I come here all the time, but the detailing can be hit or miss. Sometimes it is great, sometimes it is mediocre. Don't leave anything in your car that you want to see when it comes out the other side.

They'll wash your car, but don't expect them to do a great job. I've started to avoid this place because their service leaves a lot to be desired. They rush through each wash, and many times they'll miss spots when cleaning and/or drying. You are better off going to a gas station for a touchless wash and then cleaning your interior yourself. They've got a competitor nearby, but to be honest neither business has done a satisfactory job on my vehicle. The North Shore is lacking a high quality full service car wash. Until we get one, I'll probably be washing my car myself.

Don't get me wrong the machine does an excellent job with a nice shine finish to your car rims, but for the pricing you would expect more interior cleaning such as the dashboard, etc. Always busy here so plan ahead before coming. Prepare for if they don't say anything about your tip you leave in the box. I'm sure they appreciate it but they can at least tell you they do.

Thieves. Took my car in for a standard wash. Here, you get out of your car and somebody that works there drives it through the wash. They then cleaned the inside of my car while I was still inside the building. They stole my GPS from a discreet storage compartment in my center console.

I am trying to figure out if its standard practice for Octopus car wash employees to to threaten the customers that come their to get their car wash. Its a sad day when you go some where and give people your money and not get the service that you paid for and then get threaten just for asking one of the employees not to do something to your car. Not only did this happen here at Octopus but they did not do a good job on my car it was the Diamond car wash that cost $21.50. Not only did they not do a good job and threaten me the machine actually scraped up the vogue tires that are on my car. This use to be one of the best places to go to get your car wash now I don't think so, I actually was so mad tell I thought about going back up their but it will not solve anything accept for 2 black people being on the six a clock news again. It make no sense to be disrespected while patronizing some one business. It is a very sad day that when people who own businesses cant find decent help, or allow employees to threaten customers either way I doubt ill ever go back their. didn't get my air freshener I payed for either.

This used to be my favorite car wash. But over the last few years the quality of the wash has gone down completely. My vehicle should be spotless when I leave the facility. I should not have to re-do the windows or wipe anything off the car. Maybe they should try to spend two seconds checking their work instead of trying to cram in as many cars as possible. HAND CAR WASHES ONLY FOR ME FROM NOW ON.

This place is awesome with great customer service! I inquired last week about getting my ride fully detailed (inside and out), and Jim the owner personally called me back to inform me about what exactly would be done to my car as well as being up front about the cost. I brought my car in on Thursday night, and received it back on Friday after work. I couldn't recognize my car when I received it back. It was the cleanest/shiniest I've seen ever seen it. The workers did a great job with cleaning the interior too. Just as new!
