They do a good job on the outside and carpets. They fail at windows. Twice now I have had to return because it looked like they used a dirty old towle to wash the inside of my windows. They are very eager to fix the problem but the problem shouldn't exist from the start. Keep trying, you do a good job on everything else.

Paid way too much for the poor quality of work. Neglected to tell us that we'd have to pay extra to have the trunk vacuumed. After getting the car home we had to vacuum and wipe the interior all over again. Floor mats are STILL wet more than 48 hours later.

I paid 31.67 for the "manager's special" and they didn't clean/condition the leather seats. I know for a fact because there was a spot of honey on the back seat, and I pointed in out. I cleaned it off after I got back to work.

So the owner contacts me, apologizes, and told me to bring my car back in and they will redo everything for free. I respect someone that has this type of integrity, pride, and concern for doing a job right.

I will be back again, absolutely!!!

Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. Recommend using them to wash off the salt and nothing else. Any interior work is poor and not worth the money.

I go there because with they're-wash, and promotions, it comes out to a pretty good deal. But they could do a better job vacuuming and the windows.

Delivers a good service for a fair price. If you factor in that you can get a second wash within 5 days, it's a decent value. Is it an assembly line and are employees trying to hurry to get to the next vehicle, yes. Is it the best car wash ever, no. But in winter, it's a good way to get salt off your vehicle twice within 5 days.
