Nice room, very spacious. A little loud with the train owe by, but thankfully only went by once. Clean, dog friendly, but avoid the breakfast

This place is located within walking distance to the Boardwalk and downtown. The rooms were okay, nothing to complain about for the location and cost. (They appear to be remodeling the facilities.) They offer free breakfast. There is a Keurig in the room. There is a soccer field right across our room, so we were able to listen to the sounds of children laughing throughout the day ☺️ The girls in the front office were nice and accommodating and gave us room choices. The only complaint is that the walls are thin. I would say this is a perfect hotel for what you pay. Would definitely come back!

Bedsheets had blood stains, floor also had large stains, bathroom door was too dirty to touch.
At breakfast, they had no staff to refill anything, and very few options. At least they could put some effort.

I have gone to ocean pacific lodge for twenty years now its location is so convenient to everything the wharf, boardwalk old town ect. The employees are all so very nice friendly people . The place is just very comfortable. I highly recommend for this to be the place to stay while visiting Santa Cruz.

A lovely place to stay and only minutes walk from the Santa Cruz Pier. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms are delightfully decorated.

Though a little bit noisy I would suggest if you stay on the ground floor that you might want to use earplugs if you're a light sleeper, although our stay was still very pleasant and enjoyable.

There is plenty of parking right outside and it's free, they also have free wifi and there is an outdoor pool with two separate hot tubs.

Breakfast is included in your room rate and can be had in a room close to the pool from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.. Breakfast options include croissants, toast, make your own waffles, cereal, fruit and yoghurt as well as hot coffee, tea and orange juice.

Check in is at 3 p.m. and Checkout is 11 a.m.

We stayed in one of the king hot tub rooms on the 3rd floor. The room was amazing and the hot tub just what my sore muscles needed. We have a service animal, and they were super cool about that. I just had to sign a pet agreement, which is totally understandable, and of course they waived the $30/night pet fee. (Although this hotel is pet friendly, they only allow pets on the 1st floor.) The staff is super accommodating, and the hotel is quiet. It is very close to the beach, wharf, restaurants, and the surfing museum. They also have beach cruisers you can rent in the lobby for just $5/hr or $20 I for the while day. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I definitely recommend this hotel.

We love this place. This is our fifth summer in a row that we have stayed at Ocean Pacific. So clean, contemporary decorating and great pool and hot tubs. The pool is in an excellent location for afternoon sun where kids can swim into the evening. Location is fantastic to Boardwalk and beach. A real fine

We have been here several times. It is one of our favorite places to stay. Our kids love the pool and the Continental breakfast. It's fairly quiet and clean. The staff is very nice. Definitely will continue to stay here.

Everything was pleasant with the exception of two things. The lights coming in from the pool at night were way to bright. The sheets were pretty stiff and the pillow cases smelled liked chlorine. Other than that it's a great hotel. Close to the beach. Nice staff. I will stay there again.

Definitely had a nice stay, here!
Room was nice, shutters on windows, great shower, waffle breakfast available at +6:30 for us early risers!+ Very accommodating, nice staff. Leave your car parked, and walk wherever you'd like to go! Definitely worth the extra $$, by far! A+

Absolutely OK to stay at. Location is all, and being so close to the beach is awesome. Breakfast could be improved though, but rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was comfy.

Great location! Right between the wharf and shopping on pacific ave. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool and hot tubs. Rooms are basic and walls are thin, but they enforce a very strict noise policy. Would totally stay here again.

Wow!! Amazing!! Great staff, and the rooms are extraordinary!! I love this place! And the beach is two blocks from me. The staff even brought us silver wear when we forgot to get it at the store when we offered to go down to get them they are the most respectful staff at a hotel that I have ever been at. Koodos to this amazing hotel :)

My family and I are staying 3 nights at the Ocean Pacific Lodge. My sister and I have our own room and it is a large room with a nice aesthetic. The beds are not the most comfortable, but it isn't the worst. I love the floors and the power of the air conditioning. I can hear the upstairs neighbors and neighbors next to us pretty easily, which is a little annoying. But noise doesn't bother me much. I love the little kitchen area, we were provided with a mini fridge and microwave and anything we would need. The most annoying part of the hotel is the toilet. It doesn't flush well. You have to flush up to 3 times to actually get everything down the drain. But overall, I really like this hotel. I love the location, just a couple minutes to walk to the beach. I love it!
