Wish i could give 0 stars.
Online it says $43, so we got it sight unseen, figured it couldnt be that bad. We just needed a place to rest after hurricane irma. After checkout was complete it was $68. So myself, my daughter, and my 2 infant/toddler grandchildren pulled up, first glance, YIKES. The owner/manager was middle eastern, and i had a hard time understanding what he was saying to me. I guess on top of the $68 ( that i used my creditcard on)for the motel, he wanted $5 in cash until i returned my key.
The room had such a foul oder that i almost threw up. The carpeted floor was wet, spoungy, and sticky, i couldnt even let my grandkids down. And the moment you sat on the bed you start to itch. There was pubic hair on the sheets and droul stains on the pillow cases. I dont even believe they washed them. Last straw was my grandson found broken glass. ( what appeared to be a glass pipe) in the bathroom. That was it. We slept in the car. We couldnt afford to get another motel, and the owner/ manager wouldnt give me a refund. So we slept in the parking lot. Next morning after not even sleeping in the room, i went to return the key and get my $5 back, he charged me another $20 for not registering my 2 infant/ toddler grandchildren.
Now 1.5 months later, i had to cancel my credit card that i used there because of idenity theft. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

My boyfriend and I paid to stay there for 2 nights, but left after 1 night. The place is dirty and smells. There are crackheads that stay there as well.
The location is convenient for the price, but I say cough up some more money and stay somewhere else.
Beware the people that work there will try to rip you off. You have to catch them before they over charge you.
The people that work there are nice though for the most part lol.

My night at the New Seabreeze Motel was one of the worst nights I have ever spent in a motel. The front Desk manager is very nasty. The office and even the room had a very foul odor to it. The motel had a deal online and as soon as i checked in, the manager added extra charges that were not supposed to be applicable. The location is horrible. Its nothing but junkies and drug dealers who stay there.. They live there. When I first arrived, i came on the back end of what looked like a police raid.The moment i stepped in the room i started itching.. I swear they might have bedbugs. I didnt even turn down the bed. The TV only played three channels and was static on the three channels it played. The appliances did not work. Lamps or nothing.. No wifi access. My room had one window that faced a back alley sort of area. I felt like i was locked up. I would NEVER recommend this motel to ANYONE. EVER!!

It's a "you get what you pay for" situation. You can't beat the price. It's clean, everything works: AC, fridge, microwave, TV, and room and bathroom are good as well as the location is nice, it is quiet and the service is fine but the only thing is the mattresses are awful. I'm only in my twenties so I don't normally have back problems or trouble sleeping anywhere but the two nights of sleeping on these mattresses were a little rough.

They will rob you of your money, call you a liar, over charge you, and then tell you that you was seeing things when you tell them who was taking care of you. The person won't exist then will call you back and curse you out.

Wow. Walls were poorly painted. Someone left a tag, the shower was like a brothel room, and poorly filled it bullet holes. Need I say more? The room was dirty but the towels were clean. I guess that's why I gave it a star. The refrigerator had a muffler on it and didn't work very well. Very strange place indeed. Not for family. Place was falling apart. Great location if you want to take your chances. There was a car sitting in the parking lot with slashed tires too. Ha!

My husband and I stayed at the New Sea Breeze Motel the week of July 16th, 2016. We were very comfortable and centrally located for our plans. The room was clean,, comfortable, and the staff very accommodating. We would stay again if we go back to NJ!

I don't even want to give this place a star. I am trying to find a number for the health department to report this place. Bedbugs, pincher bugs, dope pills, dirty , hair all over beds, stunk so much more. The staff was horrible and not nice at all. We left and drove 3 hours home. So did about 3 other quests we don't even know. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
