Coral Sands Motel:
John, the innkeeper, was very accommodating. Wanted a room change due to being in close proximity to the most obnoxious, annoying, unwelcoming, ignorant, chain smoking "neighbors." John moved me ASAP and the room was PERFECT for my wants and needs.
The location of the motel is excellent: 2 minute walk to the boardwalk. The drive is easy (you're automatically on 9th Street when you crossover the bridge). And you're in the middle of all the action/best places to eat and visit on the boardwalk!response / report this review -

Best Buy, Red Lion Road:
Amazingly surprised. Went to upgrade and switch carriers and phones recently. Jackie, representing Verizon was very supportive, patient, and pleasant to work with. The next day we went back, to exchange a phone and also to do a price match, we were met by SEVERAL obstacles. In total, due to the nature and complexity of the issue, we waited/worked with Joe and Rob for a total of nearly 3 hours!
Nonetheless, during this time both associates not only kept their calm and cool, but never got upset or agitated. Moreover, both were diligent in finding out HOW to solve the problem. In other words, instead of complaining or giving up, both were laser focused to ensure that we got not only the best deal but to ensure everything, all details, were accurate. 3 hours.
A+/5-Stars!

Excellent place to stay. Yes, it is a motel so it offers very basic amenities. It has TV, fridge and microwave. I do believe they have bigger rooms that has a very small kitchen area. Very clean rooms, very nice staff and extremely close to the beach just a block or two walk to the boardwalk (you can see it from the motel sidewalk) . We stay every year. It's a simple place to lay our heads since we spend our time on the boardwalk and beach. 7 years staying here and we will keep coming back every year.

Nice room for a good price & close to everything beach, boardwalk, & stores. Stayed one night here & my fiancee and I loved it . We had a first floor room. Would like to come back again & stay longer next time. Liked the fact that everything was in walking distance.

Great motel! Wonderful service- John is the sweetest. Short walk to the boardwalk, close to restaurants, rooms are nice and comfortable. Can't get a better deal!

The Coral Sands Motel is a cute and quaint Motel located right on the main drag in the center of Ocean City NJ. It boasts low prices, well equipped rooms, friendly management, and a great location to the boardwalk and beach. We stayed here in the summer of 2017 for two nights during a busy weekend.
Upon first arrival I noticed that the parking was very sparse (only about 8-10 spots), but after talking with the incredibly helpful and friendly manager, John, he informed us they have a few extra spots for guests in another lot around the corner. John was also very helpful with food recommendations around town as well.
After checking in at the rather small office, we were showed to our room and checked out the accommodations, which were pretty impressive. Every room had a mini-fridge, a microwave, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. The room was very clean and we were provided plenty of towels, wash cloths, shampoo and soap for the weekend. We actually deferred a cleaning after the first night because we felt the room was still so clean.
Though the rooms were well equipped, they were definitely dated; the shower was incredibly tight and the walls were bland. The fridge and microwave were also in a bit of an awkward spot near the door, but in my opinion these are all very minor things that do not diminish the experience.
John also provided us with free beach passes with a $30 deposit, which we completely did not expect, but made our lives just that much easier not having to go to town hall, or purchasing them on the boardwalk.
Overall our stay at the Coral Sands Motel in Ocean City was excellent and we were provided with everything we needed and more.
Also, the breakfast place attached to the motel offers you a 10% discount if you tell them you are staying at the Coral Sands.response / report this review -

The manager was very friendly. He went out of his way to make sure that our stay was good. The room was clean, and the grounds were well kept.

A few steps to boardwalk. No pool. Rooms are small,could use new carpets. Nice restaurant on site. Microwave and small fridge. Parking is a problem, small lot, if you go out, you lose your spot, even if you are handicapped!! Nice to sit outside, especially at night! Great place, we will definitely keep going back.

As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed! I felt like I've known Dawn for years. So friendly and so helpful. The location is awesome, one block from the beach and right above Augies. Yum! We will definitely be back again. Clean quiet room, cold Ac, we had a great time!

Stayed here 4 nights. Wonderful and welcoming staff. Very Affordable, clean, and convenient. Right down the street from the boardwalk, I could see my room window from the beach. Wonderful & affordable Waffle house located across the parking lot. I would definitely stay here on my next trip.
The helpful staff was great with giving recommendations to local restaurants and attractions.
