Very large mall with almost all the most popular places to shop. Employees are always so kind and helpful. Always getting new stuff in always great deals going on, it gets pretty packed but I've never had trouble finding a parking space nor have I had to wait over 10 minutes to checkout! The restrooms always seem to be clean, very well kept up!

They now allow service dogs in the mall, that's awesome! The stores are great. I love third planet, and if you need a phone to go Best Buy and talk to Duane Wills! He's super nice and gives you all the information not just what you want to hear!

I must say one of the most uninviting places I have ever eaten at Ever!
After standing for several minutes finally the hostess was very much uninviting much less howhospitable was beyond her grasp!
I asked for a local dark beer the first suggestion is Guinness..?
Absolutely do not recommend this place as far as a family establishment and if you are interested in local craft beers this is absolutely not the spot!

This mall has a wide variety of stores with a wide variety of products. It is very easy to get to what store you want to go to. There is also a toy store with many board games and toys for kids. I highly recommend this mall!

This is a nice mall. However, another elevator is a MUST! There is a wide variety of stores. I wish they got more into the holiday spirit like other malls in the U.S. They barely even decorate. It can use a better food court, some updating, like windows, a carousel, and maybe a movie theater, skating rink, ice rink, or something.

Although everyone can have a good experience at the mall, I found the staff at many of the stores very stuck up and rude. I can't stand when I go to Express or Macy's and no one offers to help. The just stare as if I'm out of place or can't afford to pay for their products. The kicker is not being offered help but being followed as if I'm going to steal. I usually go online to avoid that type of treatment although I'm an A-List status customer at these such places. I think it's because I'm black and tatted up. Like we all know most of the employee's make about $10 if that. So how are you better than me? I laugh at the people at the kiosk selling lotion will offer everyone else lotion and refuse to look at me. I don't want your expensive low quality lotion. It's not that I can't afford it. They could probably make a sale if they'd be polite and stopped profiling. Anyways, point is, attitude is everything and you can lose service bring bougie.

Fun to visit with friends. Lots of stores to shop in. Could do without being accosted by men trying to sell hair straighteners. They will follow and practically try to force you into letting them try the straightener on your hair.

Good parking, great variety of stores. Great for gift shopping (Third Planet and Vintage Stock). Great selection of restaurants adjacent to parking.

Towne East certainly has more stores & is kept cleaner/nicer than Towne West but the last 3 times we've been in we have had to leave before we finished shopping because it was so hot. Today we literally left Towne East & headed to Towne West (where thankfully it was much cooler) because with my MS being stuck in a hot, stale place can aggravate my symptoms. You've got a nice building with nice stores but it's too hot for anyone to want to stick around & do any shopping!

Awesome shopping stores and can stay in for hours without getting bored. Need more security on patrol besides weekend. They have allot of food and a veriaty of meals to choose from. You can almost go in and come out with everything you wanted.

Towne East has it's good places and not as good places. There are plenty of stores in a small area, which is great! Some stores are bigger chains that you expect to see in malls, others are smaller are more unique. The mall has a Santa photo center during the holiday season and a (pretty creepy) Easter Bunny photo center during that season. The food court is somewhat limited and small. The mall features several jewelry store, a couple different shoe and athletic wear stores, and a lot of clothing stores. It also has a Build-A-Bear workshop, a Starbucks stand, an optics center (I think it's a Lenscrafters), a college (or technical school) office, and a military recruitment office. There's basically a little bit of everything. The mall extends their hours during the holiday season to accommodate extra traffic. There is generally ample parking, but we aware in the parking lot as some people don't seem to understand the general rules of the road and will cut right in front of you. Also, beware of the people in the center kiosks selling things, they can get pretty aggressive trying to get you to stop and buy their hand lotions, purses, or cell phone cases. Overall, a great mall, far superior to the one out west!

Throughout my years living in Wichita I can say that this mall has been through many positive renovations and practically has everything your looking from video games to food to clothes. Great place to just hang out or shop for the latest trend. It gets crowded at times but the is very spacious so it doesn't become too much of a problem. The mall is huge and many different name brand stores. The food is well kept and the food there is not half bad either, a little pricey but will still fill you up. Workers all around are generally nice, rarely any harassing like other shop owners do and the atmosphere is chill at times. Love coming here to do a little window shopping or get my fashion updated.
