This place is going to pot..I realize several stores have closed, but really. could you please keep the bathrooms clean!!!!! According to my husband, the men's room looked as if men had been urinating on the floor. The women's room smelled like a 3-week old Depends undergarment. I never cared for your mall and this cinced it !!!!

They now allow service dogs in the mall, that's awesome! The stores are great. I love third planet and if you need a phone to go Best Buy (at towne east mall) and talk to Duane Wills! He's super nice and gives you all the information not just what you want to hear!

The mall is nice. It's a well kept property. With a variety stores. What struck me tho was the small amount of people traffic, which I thought would've been more, seeing it was only a couple of weeks till Christmas.

This is a nice little mall. It would be better if they had a play area for the kids and more windows. I have to drive all the way to Towne East if I want to shop and stop to let the kids play. I wish they decorated a little more for the holidays also. They do have a variety of stores for an older seeming mall. They also have a lot of little stores, not all big chains like most malls; I like to shop at the big chains too but it's nice to have a mall with other options. I like their little movie theatre too; it doesn't get too busy so I was able to bring my two year old and one year old to see Lego Ninjago. The movie had been out for a while and the theater is older so no one was there but us!

Sadly, with the closure of Sears and several other stores here, this is basically a 'dying mall' at this point. It is spiraling downward. Most consumers on the west side of Wichita basically frequent the 21st & Maize region of this town. So many memories here, but, for now, the only traditonal mall in Wichita worth a visit is Towne East Square, but even that mall has it's own barren areas. Shopping malls like these are sadly a relic of the bygone era of the 60's-80's and might be made extinct in time.

There could be more stores, there is one end of the mall that feels very bare and empty. They are more entertainment focused, but I think it would be less desserted feeling with more stores. Otherwise, they have the typical mall type stores. They don't have as many large department stores you would expect though.

Pretty decent mall. It's definitely not as good as the east side mall but it's ok. It takes awhile to navigate some of the shops, and there's a lot of closed shops aswell. Parking is huge and is kind of empty at any time of day/time of year. I believe it needs to be renovated due to the lack of people showing up. On a regular week I barley see people there. Other than the weekends. Compared to its east side counter part, the east side easily gets more people on a regular day. Could be better in all honesty.

It doesn't seem like the current management has a genuine interest in revitalizing Towne West. There are an unreasonable amount of vacancies and to top it off they keep leasing to businesses who are only open a couple days a week, or seasonal. It doesn't take much to reach out to patrons and ask them what type of stores they would like to seeWhy isn't management contacting businesses and trying to offer killer leasing opportunities? It honestly seems like management is forcing out all the retail. Pushing out Dillard's was a mistake; the outlet is overwhelming. Food court options are DISGUSTING.

The only people who enjoy Towne West are the elderly walkers.

A bit run down, but there are still some good stores in operation and a cheap movie theater that shows all of the new release titles. Good to place to go when you don't want to spend too much money, but still be entertained. I also got my motorcycle license training here.

An 80 style Mall in the middle of post 90 depressed Kansas.
And in the middle of it all a two story carousel, that would be the delight of any City anywhere in the world. Only $3 a ride it is well worth the visit. Originally built in Wichita the carousel spent 16 years in Southern California, then it returned home to Wichita. Oddly enough, no history can easily be found about the carousel, why it came to the mall, or why it has stays. A true curiosity, an anomaly worth investigating. Come, come and visit the mall.

Dated mall with several empty retail shop spaces. Smaller then it's east side counterpart, only a ground level here. Recently a couple of large anchor stores have left, so I wonder how much longer this facility will have. Lots of road work around this area, so be aware.

Fun mall setting. Can usually find what I'm looking for and the shops are great. Only issue is some of the locally owned stores tend to move around.

The mall feels dated and there are several empty locations in the mall where retailers have already left. Could be the road construction in the area that is driving away some of the foot traffic, but it feels as though most people are driving to downtown or Eastern Wichita to shop. The mall could be better if they redid the parking lot and added more lights for safety, but that doesn't seem likely considering that the mall seemed pretty empty.

Though this place wasn't too big as its counter part the East Mall but still its a really nice place to go to. Has a lot of stores to browse that variety from clothes, video games, and other products. This place also has a pretty decent food court that has many different variety of choices, food court was well kept and clean. Place is great for family, groups, couples, and even singles, as myself, to do a little shopping or just hangout. Whats also mentionable about this place it also has a movie theater! So if you get tired of shopping you can kick back for a minute and watch a flick or maybe two! In a small town like this, it's definitely a good spot to come hang out. Recommended.
