  Payless Super Market is very clean on the inside and on the outside. The staff members are very kind, courteous and helpful. They always have everything that you need in stock. I highly recommend shopping at this Payless Super Market.

  Clean store, nicer atmosphere then other Payless stores, decent parking. I believe this one is laid out better than other Payless stores in the area. There is even a Starbucks inside! However the produce is often out of stock and I believe the prices are a bit higher compared to other nearby grocers on Scatterfield Rd.

  I have shopped at the north store for 4 to 5 years now and in the last 3 mths you have been out of everything it seems like.. I went in Sunday night for my little ones formula and you were out!! I had to take my 2 babis all the way to the otherside of town after tonight being there No Milk No Eggs !!!!! NOT COOL WHEN YOUR THE ONLY STORE ON THIS SIDE OF TOWN!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED

  Store clean, employees friendly. Well stocked. I deeply resent the corporation trying to force online ordering. I prefer to see what I am buying. I want to read labels. Compare ingredients and ounces. I resent driving my friend to the grocery and having to park behind the "saved" spots for online purchases pick up. She uses a walker. And NO. Not interested in convince of online. No computer. Loved the store. Not happy with losing parking to something that I have not heard one person show interest in using.

  I was very pleasantly surprised to see a product/aisle guide hand out at the front of the store. It made my shopping experience so easy and time saving! Thank you, Payless! We NEED a Payless store at Memorial Drive and Burlington Drive in Muncie.

  There seems not to be enough handicapped parking places. Not only at this Payless but all Payless grocery stores. The pickers carts going through the isles clog the flow for us regular customers.
  The produce is not fresh and you have to look though what is available. The potatoes have deep bruising probably happened from the handling from the grower.

  Have been shopping there for over 20 yes. Rarely do I go anywhere else for groceries. Employees are helpful and nice. Great produce.

  I, ABSOLUTELY, LOVE, SHOPPING AT THIS PAYLESS SUPERSTORE, AND ITS NOT, ONLY BECAUSE THEY HAPPEN TO HAVE A STARBUCKS COFFEE SHOP, NOW, OR THAT I HAPPEN TO KNOW, QUITE A FEW OF THE EMPLOYEES, BUT PERSONALLY, I FEEL, AS IF, IT TO BE, THE ABSOLUTE BEST, "GROCERY STORE", HERE IN ANDERSON, INDIANA!

  This store has the most friendly and helpful staff. Never have to wait in checkout. All employees very engaging. Store is clean and stocked. Great selection. Store manager always acknowledges me from being a regular customer. I worked in retail for sometime and this store should be the example of how a retailer should be.

  This is the only store I shop at. The employees are always helpful and very friendly. The shelves are always stocked with many sale items. Just an all around great place to shop.
