I came into ask questions about getting my car looked at and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will say that while looking at the cars up front I overheard a receptionist ask the sales manager a question and he answered with “That’s one of the things on my list of things that I don’t care about” she looked so upset and it rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that, my experience went well.

I am so thrilled with O'Brien Mitsubishi in Normal, IL. Yesterday (10/2/17) I purchased my second vehicle with Jay Miller's help after my 2015 Lancer was totaled on 9/29/17 by USAA. Jay really had my back when I bought my Lancer by making sure I had GAP Insurance. So, I was able to purchase a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport yesterday. I am so very grateful. At O'BRIEN any woman can feel comfortable and confident that she will be treated fairly and with RESPECT!! I felt like I was dealing with an old friend in Jay. I would recommend him to any friend or family member. Thank you Jay Miller and O'BRIEN Mitsubishi.

I just recently purchased my second new Outlander Sport. I must say that everyone at O'Brien goes above and beyond. I want to thank my salesman Brandon Kessinger for making this experience effortless. You were so easy to work with and very helpful. I'm sure I will be back in the future. I just purchased my Outlander GT from O'Brien Mitsubishi. I can't say enough good things about the staff and Jay Miller. The most pleasant auto purchase I have ever experienced. Jay was honest and to the point. He went out of his way to make this great deal happen and has earned a customer for life. I highly recommend Jay and this dealership.

If you're looking for a Mitsubishi - ask for Jay Miller! He's great- I have purchased a few vehicles from him. He will search and find what you're looking for if its not already on their lot and go get it witbin 500 miles!! He really knows his product and gives great demonstrations on all the new bells and whistles! He is a great salesman without being pushy!! Can't go wrong asking for Jay!!

It has been over a year since I purchased a new Mirage from O'Brien with the help of Jay Miller. I have been to many dealerships and I like O'Brien the most. They had the best price for the vehicle I was looking for and I drove four hours from another state to get it. Jay was honest and straightforward with me. He quoted me a price over the phone and that was exactly the price I paid when I came. They did not try to pull any BS and the whole transaction took just about an hour. I wish I lived closer to this dealer so I could service my Mirage there. Unfortunately I have to go to my sleazy local one.

*Edit* Bought a Durango from Josh Zakery. Asked to make a 5 star review before the sale was complete. 2 weeks out and now they calling telling us they need pay stubs and references, because our loan has not yet been approved. We were told by Josh when we were told a payment that it was a loan approval not a pre-approval. Also we were never informed they needed this information at all while we were there filling out paperwork. Also not sure why they didn't go off of my credit since it was higher than hubbys. Guess they needed that higher percentage rate that drove our payment up. I may think twice before dealing with them again. I don't feel good about my purchase any longer, and it has quite frankly put a bad taste in my mouth.

Well, let me start by saying Ryan Gremore and his team are hands down the BEST in the business! Bloomington/Normal is so lucky to have professionals such as Ryan to spread his love throughout the community. I walked in the doors early 2017 to see about trading in my vehicle for something that would fit my reconciled family of four. Ryan drove up a Beautiful Black Town And Country and the rest is history! I purchased a three year MAINTENANCE Care package and I do not regret it one bit. I know my purchase is in great hands. Ryan Gremore and his team have my vote and have earned every one over the five stars I gave them! A true blessing in our community!
