STAY AWAY.AAA CERTIFIED MUST BE A JOKE!
Will never return and will spread the word! go to Kelly's or Grossos!
Price of replacement auto parts are EXPONENTIALLY Marked up and upon proof of this extortion was told "this is how we do business". Labor was overcharged. On top of that my vehicle was DANGEROUS to drive due to forgetting the most simple thing as tightening a nut. I took my vehicle to another shop when i noticed clunking and sounds post Baird's work. Found out my Tie Rod Nut was finger tight and had it broke or come off my vehicle could have rolled!

My son attends ISU and has brought his car with him. Darrell and Eric have been very helpful diagnosing the car, when others shops in town were not able to, or wanted to sell me a bunch of more services/parts; we did not need. As a mom, 2 hours away from campus, I am very comfortable knowing my son can take his car there in an emergency and they will help him. I recommend this shop to any ISU parent who worries about thier kids traveling to and from school and may need to get that car a quick once over before traveling. Thank you!

Worked there. It was more like working for a chop shop. Everything is half assed and overpriced. There used vehicles are as good as junk. And they expect employees to lie about needing things such as air filters and brake services just to make more money. Owner is as fake as they come. I would recommend a different shop.

Just needed the abs wire secured so it wasn't hanging under the car. Charged me $20 and twenty mins later the wire is back hanging loose. Seems like they didn't care because I wasn't getting a part replaced.

Baird's Auto Care is an honest local independent shop which strives on repairing your car right, the first time, at a fair price in a timely manner. Can't ask much more than that.
