The best customer service in Los Angeles. The technician came to my home and provided a thorough explanation and solution to my issue. I highly recommend this service not only for repairs but to gain extensive knowledge on your exercise equipment. BRAVO, and I will definitely refer this company to anyone.

Great service at a reasonable price! We were having issues with the Incline turning off when using our elliptical. Anthony had it back up and running in short order. He was very helpful in explaining what the possibilities were, and what he was doing while he made the repair. We will be using Novo Gym Repair for any future servicing and repairs.

Anthony was the man. He assembled my treadmill and when there were issues with the treadmill (not as a result of the assembly), he fixed them all. Very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and likable.

I would like to thank Anthony for fixing my Machine. Finally is working again and better than before. Thank you so much for being so patient and letting me try the machine like 5 times before you left thank you. Even though it took 3 months for the machine to get fix due to parts and other issues i am just glad that its finally fix.

Anthony was awesome! Very professional and felt like he really was there to listen and help. He should have a professional service course or at least just a TED talk on stellar customer service Treadmill fix, cleaned, and he took the time to explain some basic up keep. We’ll definitely be back
