Great service. You call them from the parking lot. They come get your pet, bring her back to the car when they are done. The Dr. comes out to talk to you.

I have to rate this place a one due to an ongoing issue with the “new” cat vet. My husband and I love the owners, but they need to replace Dr Brittany. If they would replace her, then I would consider rating a 4. I can’t rate a 5 due to such high prices. To spay our 45 pound dog would have been $350. We took her to a different vet and paid $150. Not sure why people pay these prices.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CATS TO DR. BRITTANY.

It’s an entirely long story over the course of two months. The cat vet before her, Dr Christy, was amazing and had holistic knowledge but she’s not there anymore. I’m not sure why. I would love to find out where she went! The new one is not experienced. It was the first time I had to question a vet. We’ve wasted a lot of time and money with no fix for our sick cat. Then she wanted us to pay another appointment for the same issue to continue care what!?!?

If you want to pay these high prices for your cats, take them to the Natural Pet Center in Eldorado. Absolutely amazing! Fixed my cat in an hour!!!

Dr. Mark does acupuncture on my old Pug & they are great with her! & during this time of social distancing they come out to the car & pick her up! Then Dr. Mark came out to the car & discussed her treatment with us. They are a very caring group of people!

I have been bringing my dogs here since shortly after they opened this clinic and always recommend them to any one who is looking for a vet. I absolutely love them and while my dogs are nervous about getting vaccines/going to the vet in general they always try to make them as comfortable as they can. They even managed to squeeze me in short notice a couple times when one of my dogs needed to be seen asap. They always make me feel like I am the only and most important client at the time I am there and have spent lots of time answering my questions. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place!

Dr. Christie Rafferity is a great addition to a rehab speciality clinic started by Dr. Mark and Amy. Excellent annual packages. We saved over $1000.00 having our dogs knee replacement done by Dr. Mark . We couldn't be happier or more impressed.

The vet was so kind and patient with my dog and I. She answered all of my questions and put all my anxieties or worries at ease. I can tell she knows her stuff and genuinely wants to help with genuine honesty. The staff are all very nice and welcoming. Thankful for this clinic.

Dr. Mark and Dr. Amy diagnosed our dog and gave us realistic expectations - and HOPE - about options to treat her while maintaining quality of life. In forty years of pet ownership, I have never encountered more qualified and compassionate vets. We drive 20+ miles to Northridge and it is well worth it. HIGHEST recommendation!!!
