We bought a pet here after he got into a fight with another animal. Our pet lived through the fight and we took him here. When we told the vet that we were afraid he may have gotten rabies and they told us they would taken him to be tested. We agreed that would be a good idea but after we agreed they told us that they would be testing through the brain and our pet would be killed in the process. We obviously asked to have our loved pet back but they refused because it was a ‘liability’. So essentially we took our pet here to be saved but they ended up killing him anyway. Don’t take your pets here.

Dr Skinner, Dr James, and the entire staff here are great to work with. They are very reasonably priced [lets face it- that matters], but you get a lot more than you pay for. I have three dogs, and have taken them all here. I refer anyone I meet who has pets here. they have worked me in immediately, with no appointment for emergency issues, twice. These guys are great!

I love dr james, her partner not so much, but after the recent experences ive had with the receptionist i have decided to move on. She had no empathy when it was reported my pet died, and no desire to work with us at all with scheduling when another was clearly very ill.
Up shot, she did recommed another vet and weve been very happy since.

Although relatively new at this vet, I can honestly say they have been nothing but helpful, courteous, friendly and great with my sometimes difficult Chihuahua. Pricing for services seems quite reasonable so far. Highly recommend.

Loving, caring staff. Not only can they take care of your normal pets they are capable of caring for some Exotics like our pot belly pig.

I rarely experience such great care at any medical facility, especially one for my puppy. We were treated as family and not only our puppy but we enjoyed the visit. We got all our questions answered and even some things we had not thought of yet that was very important for us to know. I would recommend anyone in a heartbeat. We love Cimarron!

I don't often leave reviews. However, I am compelled to by the great treatment that we have received. My little fur baby is epileptic and requires more attention and cost than I can most times afford. These people are caring, knowledgeable and fun! The staff and Dr.'s have always been willing and ready to work with us. They have not charged for consults, assisted us with medications and performed some things as a courtesy. We appreciate them and I feel at ease whenever my little gal has to stay with them! Thank you to everyone!
