We used this clinic to board our two dogs for a little over a week. The vet was kind and the staff was sweet. They were very informative and helpful and the vet was very attentive to our dogs.

Our larger dog had an on-going problematic ear problem that I mentioned to the staff, just a precaustion to his sensitivity to it sometimes or possible over itching. It was a huge relief to have the actual vet call me and discuss his yeast infection and possible skin allergies by phone, personally.

We've been going to Dr Greg since shortly after he opened the clinic. He and his staff always seem to go out of their way to ensure my pets get the finest care possible. My greatest thanks to all of you!!

Dr. Greg and his team are wonderful to work with. I have taken all my dogs to this clinic for several years. I appreciate the thoroughness he takes to make sure my dogs have a safe and healthy experience when I board them there for the day or a week. Although some people may think the list of requirements for boarding are too much, I appreciate the fact that all dogs must have current vaccinations and specific fecal tests completed prior to boarding. I know my dogs will come home healthy and safe!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I disregarded previous complaints from other reviewers. I'm telling you now, take the bad reviews serious. Our normal boarding place was full. We were told we could bring bedding, but it's unnecessary because they provide all of that. While walking through the place, I didn't see any bedding in the kennels or runs. The place smells really bad and I really didn't want to leave our pet here, but thought I wasn't giving them a fair chance. We came in with all the required tests performed the week before boarding. This vet will absolutely run unnecessary tests without your consent. And the fees are way more than our normal vet charges. And our normal vet fees are not the lowest in Wichita. That should give you some idea of how inflated this vets charges are. When you refuse to pay, he will threaten collections. Front desk staff was insanely rude. They talk over you without letting you finish your sentence. We boarded our pet and always pack extra food just in case we get delayed traveling home. We got a call days before pickup to say she was out of food. How does that happen when we packed extra. They either overfed her or threw her unfinished food out and didn't keep track if they fed her or not, just throwing extra food in there. Who knows how that happens. We've never had this type of issue at our normal boarding place. On top of all of this, when we got her home, she smelled really bad. She also seemed to be licking quite a bit. Upon further inspection she has a huge soar in her mouth that's obviously infected. How could this possibly go unnoticed? When taking her in to get that checked out, we were informed this place has a horrible reputation amongst the Vet community. Oh how I wish we would've trusted the negative reviews. If you love your pet, DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE.

Dr. Greg Reichenberger has taken care of my pets for nearly 20 years. All my dogs have loved going there and loved the day camp too. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend West Wichita Pet Clinic to anyone searching for quality vet care and outstanding customer service.

I took my 8 year old Yorkie mix to get groomed. It was her first time going to a groomer and I was worried about how she would do because she doesnt even like us to brush her. When I went to drop her off the office staff reassured me that everything would be okay and that they would contact me if there were any problems. They called me and let me know that she was finished and ready to be picked up. When I arrived they told me she did good and that they just had to take their time and go slow. I was so happy when I saw her she looked amazing. I rate West Wichita Pet Clinic 5 starts. The office staff was kind and the groomer did an amazing job!

I took my dogs here for a number of years. In the beginning, it seemed great and convenient. They had boarding, grooming, and vet services. However, things drastically changed. The prices became absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. I found other vets that are better and charge half the price of this vet. I would be okay with paying more than other vets if I felt I was receiving customer service that warranted the price. HOWEVER, the customer service here is HORRIBLE. I could not believe the way I was being treated by the front staff here. The women were extremely short and rude with me. It makes one definitely not want to leave your pet with them. I would tell you to do your research elsewhere before deciding on this vet service.

LOVE West Wichita Pet Clinic! Bear (my dog) stays with them regularly for day camp and loves it! The staff is wonderful and takes such great care of him - they're like his second family. I never worry about his safety because I know he is in good hands!
