  I was passing though and seen the place off the interstate. I got there at closing time and was still greeted with kindness. I just wanted a indian t-shirt and ended up looking through all the indian's they had on the show room with the guy talking to me and my dad about them. It was a very pleasant experience even if I was just in there for a quick stop. I would more than buy a bike off of this place when it comes around to it just because of this experience I had for the brief moments I was there.

  Called about a particular Indian they had on their website, they knew nothing about it. I understand that things aren't always in stock, but they were telling me about a different model than I even asked about. Then said they might be able to order one, I told THEM that it was last year's color and they don't make it anymore. They had no idea! Pretty sure when I have only been researching for one week, the dealer should know more about the bike than I do.

  Stopped in to look at Indian motorcycles.I was the only customer in the store, walked around every bike and took a few photos. I was in the showroom for twenty minutes and absolutely no one asked if i had any questions.I cant believe that buisness is that good that another 22k sale did not interest the staff..oh well.

  We recently bought a side by side from this dealership and we had the WORST customer service! We took it home and after using it for only a couple hours the oil was extremely low. After an evaluation of our side by side and a fresh oil change, we took it for a ride under 20 minutes and afterwards the oil level was only at 75%. My husband called Jack from North Star Polaris and was cussed out and treated with the WORST customer service ever! We will never go back to this place and I recommend that you check other dealerships prior to going here!
