Paid $340 to have windows tinted in my sedan, said it would take 4 hours but it took 7!!! Had it overnight, and theres a hair in the back window, that has a bubble around it, owner said it would go away and you wouldn't be able to see it after the sun baked it down a while but three months later when I took it back to have the windshield visor re-tinted it's still there and very noticible, owner said "I told you there's nothing I could do about the hair" and I had an appointment at 1 pm, and when I got there at 12:57 they had just pulled a Ford Explorer in and started tinting the windows on it!!!! So they did t even pull my car into the shop until 2:01, and didn't finish it until 2:38. On top of all that, I still got charged full price for the $40 windshield visor tint, so I told the owner my appointment was at one and that he messed up my back window, so he should at least give me a discount, and he just looked at me like he didn't know what to say, and told me they were real busy today.. so I asked why he didn't give me a discount and he said "the price is the price", he talked low, and looked embarrassed as he said it, because he knew I was pissed, and he was in the wrong I said have a good day brother, and I left. I WILL NEVER GIVE THESE JOKERS ANOTHER DIME! Buyer beware!

Tinted windows in my truck too dark. Wouldn't pass state inspection. I told him I lived in WV and he said he new the law there. Wouldn't make it right.
