We take the kids to the park when it's warm for them to play on the playground and run around and lose some energy they have more energy than I will ever think of and they they love the playground

Place is very tranquil and beautiful. Definitely a enjoyable scenery, extremely kid friendly, well-maintained and clean… People in the neighborhood are extremely polite and welcoming. For me it’s definitely a wonderful place to visit and enjoy with your loved ones..

Nice open area with a variety of play equipment for all ages and abilities. Well kept grounds with benches, tables and grills to enjoy a bbq. Keep an eye on your children due to openness to water and public activities.

The men's bathroom is a little sketchy, but overall the park is quite nicely maintained. A very good place to come and relax, children or no. The playground itself is one of the highest quality public playgrounds in this area though.

Very clean and well groomed community park. We stopped here with crabs and corn from just down the road at Captain Chris's Crab Shack. Friendly guests, plenty of space and trash receptacles. Nice place to visit with your kids and family.

Beautiful park with a nice playground, beautiful views, places to fish, great place for a picnic, big open field to play ball or fly a kite. But the bathrooms need updated and cleaned. That's the only reason I gave them 4 stars. We love spending the day here every chance we get!

Beautiful views! Great spots to sit and look out at the water, fish, or eat with family and friends. There's a large grassy area that it nice and a gazebo for shade on sunny days. Very relaxing! I love to walk my dog down there. There is a small dog walking track complete with bags to pick up pet poo. Great solution if I lose or forget my own bags.

Nice park all year round. Usually a few people here but surprisingly never crowded in my experience. The view is great as well. Good place to play pokemon go as there are about 5 pokestops.

July 3, 2016 - Went to the Salute to Cecil County Veterans show at North East Park. I mainly went to see the fireworks show - it was EXCELLENT! The weather was cool and windy. The wind died down at sunset before the fireworks began. I parked at the Food Lion parking lot and took the bus to the park. There was no problem catching a bus to and from the park. Not many vendors at the park - I was told that they tried to limit the vendors to community organizations and it showed because the things to see and the food selection was very limited. Overall I had a wonderful time and am looking forward to returning next year.
