North Canton Veterinarian, Dr. Scott Hunter, Dr. Allerding and all the staff are the Best. Sharon, Denise, and All Staff are Very pleasant and patient with me, when addressing my concerns. They are second to none. Expertise service and reasonable prices. I only desire the best, when it comes to my beloved pets. I have been coming here for years. Because this is the Best place. God bless.

Best vet we have ever been to! They genuinely care about your pet. Our little guy is doing much better because of them. He was not doing good to the point we truely thought we might lose him. Dr Allerding was absolutely amazing with are dog. We are truely grateful for their great care they showed him. Great staff ,great dr ,reasonable prices, and we would definitely recommend anyone come here!

Can't say enough about how great they have been to our family of pets for over 20 years. Only wish they were able to care for humans too! We always feel the best care is given to our pets both cats & dogs. Office is very clean, always accommodating, every one make you feel you pet/pets are extremely important. They are all very understanding to our devotion to our pet family.

Great veterinarians! Both vets are amazing diagnosticians and are able to diagnose pets ailments quite readily. Great personality in the staff as well. We bring all our pets there for years and we have been rescuing many pets. These guys are great!!! I highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Most definitely would not go back to this Vet. We went there twice and both times we confirmed the appointment time at the time of booking on the phone. When we showed up, they acted like we never had an appointment and had to "squeeze" us in. The first time we figured it was an honest mistake, the second was not. However, this is just a minor issue.

The second time we went in, was for a pretty serious Eye issue on our dog. They performed a couple simple tests, and said that it was just some minor irritation and stuck us on antibiotics. About a week later, we noticed no improvement, and took her to a different Vet. This vet saw the cornea scratch doing the same test in 1/2 the time. 5 days after the better vet visit, the eye is doing better.

Ok, so you want to think, that is difficult and could easily be missed. Well the bill that we got from this vet said that our dog was due for her Rabies booster 2 days BEFORE our appointment. I point blank asked if there is anything else she needs, and they said NO she is all good to go.

I am sure you can chalk each of these minor incidents up to human error, but in combination I question the competency of this trained staff. If they can't get the simple things right, why would I trust them with the complicated things?
