I took my pet rat here who has been struggling with pneumonia.I was nervous about how well they would care for him,but they did great.I pleased with how knowledgeable the dr was ,how quickly he was seen,and how he was treated.and the price was very good compared to what it was for me at other places.

We were looking for a new vet since our retired for our 4 cats, 5 ferrets, and 1 dog. After going to the emergency vet and needed a follow up asap for my cat needed spayed following having her kittens and getting an infection we found them. Was told that may need to bottle feed because her milk MAY dry up. Told him that it would be ok and would cross that bridge IF it came to it. He then gave my cat an injection of an antibiotic that was not recommended to be give to cats except in pill form. After he did it he then had his vet tech tell us that she could no longer feed her 2 day old kittens. This was NEVER told to us or we would have elected not to give her that medication. The receptionist is as rude as they get. And there is no way that anybody should go there unless they want to be treated horribly and there animals in humanely. Good luck to anybody that uses them. Do to be threatened by having an attorney brought into everything I was forced to remove parts of my post. Again I will say good luck.
Update:
I have since found another vet that agreed with my decision and my cat has been fixed with absolutely no noticable infection (still awaiting microbiology to be completed). The antibiotic was not the reason for the "temporary fix" her inexperience as a mom not cleaning her self caused the plug (more noticed by human moms as a clot following delivery). I do not plan to comment on any of the inaccurate statements made by the response. Just wanted to say my cat is doing great and home nursing her babies as she should be.
On a positive note the refund did finally make it back to me so they did keep their word on that. I hope that they will just give more information to the pet parents so that an informed decision can be made for members of their family.response / report this review -

Absolutely loved the staff! We thought our 13 year old Schnauzer was at the end of her life but the doc got her straightened out and she's better than ever.

We had to make an emergency vet appointment for our young bearded dragon and this vet is the closest one in our area that would take "reptiles". They were very helpful, nice, and our dragon is back to normal. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will be making future trips for checkups.

Receptionist​ was rude and unfriendly! Vet wasn't very caring. Went to take my dog potty outside Vet came running out after me like I wasn't gonna pay. My mom was still in there waiting for test results. Which we paid for but never got. Most horrible vet I have ever been to.

Love the staff, and love Doc. Every time I come in, I get some kind of discount. The fee just to bring an animal in is costly, so my cat doesn't come here but he's the best exotic vet around IMO, and has always been super patient wh all my questions, follows up, and sometimes doesn't even charge me for bringing my ferret in.
Will say sometimes we wait 20 minutes to be seen but this is common everywhere.response / report this review -
