I find this to be a very crowded Apple store with very long waits for basic service, even on a week day in the middle of the day. Generally the employees here are well informed on Apple products and even competing products, so that's something I really like about this location. I like it when a sales person recommends something they don't sell because then I feel they are being honest when they recommend an Apple product.

They need to make sure they greet every customer as soon as one walks in. We shouldn't have to beg someone to help us. They should offer assistance. Sadly this is the only Apple Store near me. They need to be retrained on what customer service should be. Such as smiling and greeting people as soon as they step foot in the store.

I had an appointment to fix my iPhone. The people there were very helpful and tentative. But Ahmed did a great job taking the steps to fix my phone. Even though I felt like I was holding him back from help other people he was still very sweet and considerate. Thank you for your help Ahmed!!!

I went there to check out, and possibly purchase, 2 items - Apple Watch ⌚️ and AirPods Pro. First, I wanted to make sure which size, 40mm or 44mm, would work on my wrist. Also, I wanted to try on the bands. I’m super glad that I just didn’t order it online. Would’ve been a terrible mistake. I decided on the 44mm, and aluminum (considered the stainless but it was definitely heavier than the aluminum), well as the Sport Loop band, rather than the cheaper rubber one. The Sport Loop feels really nice on my wrist. And after trying on the Nike band, which has a bunch of holes in it, I picked that one up as well so that I can wear that while running or hiking. One of the helpers patiently explained everything and answered to all my questions. She was simply awesome.

And then, the AirPods Pro. Apparently it wasn’t for me. I tried on all three different sizes of the rubber thing that you’d put on the pods, but none of them worked to cancel noises. I was quite exited to try them on, as I had been waiting for it for quite some time - I started getting annoyed by the regular Ape earpieces, but in the end it wasn’t for me. HOWEVER, on that table there were the Beats headsets and the Bose headsets. So, I tried them on. And the verdict is, at least for me, the Beats could be a problem for a long period time to wear. I could feel the pressure against my ears immediately. Not only uncomfortable but also not practical. At least for me. But the two models of Bose were great, super comfortable, and I was literally blown away by the level of noise cancelation to begin with. Simply wow. Among the two, I ended up choosing one that had more padding overall.

I ended up talking to and getting help from at least 3 different helpers there, and they were all patient, friendly and most of all doing their best helping me. I was quite impressed, compared to the last visit, I don’t remember when - at least a couple of years ago. Before leaving, I got the watch set up. It was quite a surprisingly pleasant experience.

A fantastic experience with helpful and friendly staff. I did have to wait to get my Apple TV, which I love and was easy to set up, but the wait was easy and they stood with us while we waited for the item to magically appear from the back. I am told it’s one of the busiest apple stores. but I just saw. Happy people in a comfortable environment. Highly recommend this location.

This Apple Store is always full. It's easier if you make reservations ahead of time to repair something. But they'll take you if you could come that day. It's always busy it's always full. And the employees don't really have time to leisurely talk to someone. Also be aware that many restrictions they have they can't often repair easy problems. I've had two phones where it was a simple repair that they cant do because of their charging restrictions. I went outside to one of the kiosks and they did it within minutes and maybe 70% cheaper.

Here at 10am, made an appointment outside, still waiting plus 15 minutes for a technician. If you are in a hurry wait until you have some time. Customer service is poor we asked for a charger just to get our phone ready for service, but each technician pointed out we must wait for our assigned technician. It took Luis to come and help is finally (not our assigned tech.) To accommodate us with help and a charger to get our phone started up to save us time. The phone was restored and opened within 30 minutes thank you Luis

I was a customer in this place 3 months ago and it was a good experience.Due to more people seeking assistance from Apple makes the waiting time longer which I did not like it, but the person helping me was extra professional went above and beyond still awesome service. Please have a better speed of service wait time , but awesome employees no doubt about it.

Hannah was exceptionally supportive, and helpful. She went above and beyond to do everything in her power to help me. She was super professional and laughed at my lame jokes.
Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with apple corporate, and as of this moment as bordering on switching to another device from a different manufacturer. But I am happy I got to talk to Shawni, Carlos and the guy with the awesome red beard. They were all super nice, and considerate and kept me busy through the 2 hours I waited at the store to get my problem (somewhat) resolved.

This has to be one of the most un-organized stores, I have ever been to.

They waste hours and hours of your time in waiting for service.

There a bunch of young kids, with no supervision management.

I been there 3 times to have them assist in un-locking my phone.

Not only did they not accomplish that task, but they don't take the time to read notes explaining what the previous person did, so instead of doing something differently to fix the problem, they kept repeating the same tasks over and over again.

It like a three ring circus, with nobody in charge.

I don't want anymore more to do with Apple.

I bought 2 iPhones online and scheduled my pick up at this store. I got there at 7PM, there was not so many people. I thought this should be quick. After being made to wait for 45minutes to get the phones, the person who handed the phones was so impatient and arrogant that he didn't even bother to give me a bag to carry the phones in. When I asked, he said oh we have run out of bags in a CURT manner. I asked another person for a bag, and he went inside and got me a bag. I was so offended by this person and service at the Apple Store, it compelled me to write a review here. I hope Apple reads this and finds better sales people. I didn't spend $3000 last night to get such a subpar service. Definitely never visiting this store.

I feel like I was ignored because of the way I look not even a greet. This is how you treat patrons when they need help with your products!? Big difference from when I was purchasing..

Went in to get help with new iPhone. I was told it was a 2hr wait and that tech support would call me to walk me through my problem. I gave them a time to call. They called (later than requested) and transferred me to another line to speak with a technician. That phone line rang for at least 10 min. So I called the store and I was on hold to speak with a technician for at least 15 min and they hung up on me. I’m
super disappointed and frustrated. Now I see why this store received so many one-star reviews. Avoid this store if you can.

I wouldn't recommend coming to this location. I don't know if I looked broke or because I don't fit the criteria of the area. Well others were able to receive service right away I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help me.

It was a little bit of a wait, but the staff was very apologetic and Chaz took care of my issue so promptly and professionally! A+

This was the WORST experience EVER!! My iPhone 6s, only 18 months old, suddenly starting losing all battery power in about 3 hours. I did hard resets, even restored the phone to original settings. Still the battery drain continued. I made an appointment with the genius bar and went to the store. The guy there claimed there was nothing wrong with my battery it was just the way I was using the phone. End of story. No fixing my phonenothing. Said to come back in five days and they would test it again. The Manhattan Beach Apple Store is WORTHLESS!!

Employees seem cool and nice but managers have a bad attitude. Seems like they feel they can treat people however they want. No respect or sympathy for others.

Despite having 20 or so employees present, it takes too long to get service. I got my MacBook Pro a while back from this location, and despite knowing the exact configuration I wanted, it took forever to get help. I almost had to beg someone to go grab my computer from the back so I could pay and leave. I recently came back to replace a defective charger under warranty and despite having a Genius Bar reservation waited 30 minutes. Service is good when it comes, but it's at the point where I'm going to avoid this location at all costs and hope for a more streamlined experience at a different Apple Store.
