The line at the cash registeroh my goodness It's always super long and takes forever. They have check out stations in other places but there is never any staff around them, or if they are they refuse to recognize you're there or even look at you. If you find what you want to buy, good luck paying for it.
This location always has a 5+ person line, even late at night or early in the morning. On the weekends, they will sometimes open up a kiosk for checkout near the shoes which usually has a shorter line. I've been there when there's a long line and the cashiers are still chatting with the customers about how they love the merchandise the customer is purchasing, rather than continuing to ring it up and it can be very frustrating. That being said, you can usually find decent deals especially on coats and shoes.
Love this store. A variety of styles and designer choices. Staff is also very helpful.
The level of service used to be outstanding. A new manager there is happy to embarrass you in front of others if you don't have a receipt.
Insanely crowded. The check out line stretched deep into the aisles of the store, blocking access to the merchandise. Also, there was little to no merchandise for a bigger man.
I was at the Oakbrook location on March 27th. While I was looking at purses one of your emplyees yelled at me because I was moving purses around. She said, " ma'am can I help you? I just organized that shelf and you messed it up." I was about to purchase a handbag but she was so rude and disrespectful that i got up and left. You lost a customer.
Good place to get all kinds of clothing. The selection is always fresh and up to date. This has one of the best shoe collections for both men and woman. The place is very clean and staff is friendly.
Very busy, but they make sure to speed up the process. Good prices, just have to be willing to look.
Great place for deals on high end men's shirts like Robert Graham and Bugatchi. Good shoe selection also. This is a very busy store so I realize the employees work hard. Suggestion: ask the check out crew to fold the close a little nicer maybe.. I paid $200 for two shirts and the clerk crumples them up in a ball and throws them into a bag. Hate to nit pick but, come on.. Take 2 seconds and fold them. Overall great staff and store.
Despite the long lines and all, this place will get you out of here fairly quickly. There are not as many good selections for men's clothing though, but their shoe selections are various, and their prices are quite reasonable.
