Service is hard to find but when you do it's friendly. I was looking for men's shoes and it was pretty jumbled, and many shoes were in a box that didn't belong to that brand. All in all though, there were some pretty significant discounts on the pair that I bought. I will go back.

I have shopped at several Nordstrom Racks throughout the Midwest and I have NEVER experienced the loud, obnoxious music that I hear EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this particular store. Today I had some time and I popped in and again, loud, over the top music. Besides that, the bathroom was filthy and the merchandise was disorganized and messy. Nordstrom's corporate offices should know about this particular store.

My favorite clothing store in Cincinnati! They have very reasonable prices for popular brand name clothing. Their stock is constantly changing, so each time you go, you find new sales and deals on different items and brands. I've picked up clothes from gym apparel, to backpacking gear, to office and wedding clothes.

They also carry shoes and are marked down. Great place to get casual clothes for a night on the town or to get office apparel for work. If I have a wedding to attend, my first stop is Nordstrom Rack and I can usually put together an entire brand name outfit from head to toes between $100-150 and get plenty of complements.

Plus, they have an awesome return policy of 90 days. I often forget to return items that I don't need and let them expire past the return date, but the 90 day return policy has saved me more than a few times. It's a quick and painless process to return unwanted items.

Nordstrom is my favorite store with its excellent customer service and great products, but the Rack is even better! Great low prices and friendly staff - I love going here because I know I will almost always find some incredible bargains.
