  One of the smaller Nordstroms I've been to but they definitely cater to the local demographic. you wont find Gucci and Louis here but you'll find good prices and sales. Customer service is killer and NICHOLAS at the Clarins Makeup counter is AMAZING he has helped me find great foundation nd primer to work with my skin (estee double wear and Laura gallier primer, dior eyelash primer!) he is honest and comes from a loving place when it comes to make up and even has helped me with fashion advice! Furthermore, I've heard some people say they're intimidated by stores like this because they can be snooty but i have never encountered that. Even when i have returned hundreds of dollars worth of online purchases i never once felt like i was being judged or looked down upon. Nordstrom puts their customers first and this is one of the only department stores i shop at anyymore

  Nordstrom remains one of the most service-driven stores in the Metroplex. Wonderful Service.Great makeup great perfumes great shoes and great customer service training.

  The only department store I shop at anymore. This one is probably a mid-sized and caters to the local demographic so a good selection of quality/affordable items. It's the only one on this side of the Metroplex too. Amazing sales!

  I was going through the store to get to my car and my friend went missing, thinking he may have went upstairs I went up the escalator to see if he was there. Seeing that he was not, I immediately went back down and a woman going up looked at me with the dirtiest of looks and told me "You know these aren't a toy right?" I responded with "Yes, I know" and she responded with the rudest of attitudes "Don't play on my elevator". I am never coming here again. The RUDEST customer service.

  Nice selection of clothes with great customer service and reasonable prices. More expensive than discount box stores but the quality excels. Nice play area for the kids with a movie to help pass the time.

  I don't dress like a million bucks and the looks I get is just horrid. Just because 1 dress as if they can't afford to shop there don't mean they can't afford to be there.
