  Still disappointed that this store replaced the one at Circle Centre. Doesn't carry as much merchandise that is lower quality.

  This is a long overdue thank you and acknowledgement of Deb Lebovits' outstanding service that she provided in finding a dress for my son's wedding earlier this spring. She went above and beyond to help me find a dress that was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for the day. The compliments were poured out all day long, and I made sure to point them back to Deb's excellent service. I have one more son to be married, and Deb will be my first stop!

  Very disappointing to see employees gathered chatting and otherwise preoccupied with their phones while customers were clearly seeking assistance. Sad to see this lack of service at Nordstrom.

  Went for the annual sale, the deals/selection wasn't that great, even on the 2nd day of the early access. Service was top notch though, I worked with Simeon in the men's department and Paige as a stylist. Both were awesome!

  The Shiseido counter manager is extremely knowledgeable about the product line. She offers complimentary facials with replenishment of your products. She also offers a facial to educate you on the products you are using or interested in trying. Her facials are wonderful. She has the most amazing touch. Very relaxing atmosphere in the private spa room. I LOVE Shiseido and I really love the facials I have received from her. Better than ones I've paid hundreds of dollars for at resorts.

  Literally just took the time to write this to say how disrespectful and ignorant Lauren Garrnet's comment is. Since you don't have a problem with throwing others names around (other reviews) you shouldn't have a problem with this. Stretch your own boots out, it's not hard. You said it yourself.

  I bought a pair of boots and they were a little snug so I asked if they could be stretched overnight. I went back to get them the next day and not only did they fail to actually do their jobs and stretch them, it also took the lady 20 minutes to find them. I understand a lot of these employees don't have an education past high school, but this request isn't that difficult to process.

  Workers are hardly ever around, once you find and ask for help they look at you like you wasting there time. But I love the perfumes and colognes they sale.

  One of the three main malls in Indy (along with Castleton and Circle Cetner), but probably the most well known and well stocked. Numerous food options inside, and various stores, including a Tesla store. This mall can't compete in selection with bigger cities (e.g., Chicago), but it's the best one in Indy.

  I have had some wonderful experiences at this store. Staff is always helpful and willing to go out of their way to help me.
  They offer great advice too, don't be afraid to ask for advice on clothing.
