I ordered a large order of suits for my team with ample time to receive them before our first meet. The shipping was delayed and actually canceled by the manufacturer. Circle City did not follow up with the order to ensure it had been delivered on time. The suits did not get shipped because they were not available-another issue that should have been handled by Circle City. New suits were reordered, but wrong sizes were included. Size correction was never addressed after several attempts. I had to contact the distributor directly to even receive my suits. They did cover all shipping costs. Circle City was not willing to compensate for their poor customer service. Our team will be looking for a new business to place our next order.

I purchased multiple suits from Circle City Swimwear a year ago. The store was everything I had hoped. I am returning tomorrow to buy suits for my daughter. It is the only store she will buy suits from. Im excited to go.
