I love Pinkberry. It's like I have a family here, everytime I come in they greet me with a "Good Afternoon, How are you doing?". The employees seem to never be in a bad mood, and they also make GREAT smoothies.

The workers there are super nice i don't think they would call a girl an idiot. I've been coming here for the past 2 years and I have always been treated great.

My ten year old daughter visited the location with my wife over the weekend. The young man at the register was very rude to my daughter. She asked for a napkin and the young man said "its $5.00" my daughter did not understand the joke and said "really". The young man replied "I was just kidding you stupid idiot". Wonderful customer service Pinkberry, I had no Idea you were connected to Cold Stone Creamery, we WILL NOT visit any of the locations again. I made multiple calls to the location, no one answered. Please do not visit this location.
