Ordered a dozen chicken wings, extra crispy and all wings (no drum sticks). I didn't even want to come go out there to get the food because I was tired but thought it would be worth it. Get home, what do I get soggy, drum sticks (7 out of 10). The front staff answering the phone just don't listen. What a waste of time and money. Second time it happened. Should have checked before I left. Front st, hands down, is the best Nirchi's around!

First time in the place and had some Buffalo chicken square slices. It was awesome! The dining area was clean and the interior is pretty modern. I will be back at this location, soon!

Great place to eat on the parkway. This nirchi's has round slices, most of the others only do square slices. Garlic knots are made to order, all the food is always fresh and tasty. Go see for yourself!

The pizza is always good. It isn't the cleanest store, but it isn't bad either. They are usually busy, which might make it hard to clean. The staff is friendly enough, but they don't go out of their way. I come here about once a month.

My group eats at Nirchi's twice a week. Pizza is great and they offer many selections other than pizza. The staff is excellent and very accomodating. Love it!

The restaurant is beautiful and clean since the renovation. The food was really good except the intensifries. We tried the Ranch, but the garlic parmigiano might be good. I'm planning on trying that one next.

Consistently good. Staff are always friendly. Pizza is always good. Not my absolute favorite, but in the top 3. Never had anything I didn't like. Wish they would bring back the wrap and slice special though

This is a two part reviewrestaurant dining and delivery.
The restaurant dining is excellent. Their pizza is very good if you like regular crust pizza and not thin New York style. Their sauce is a little sweet and delicious. They have a lot of specialty pizza to choose fromtaco, Hawaiian, ranch chicken & bacon, meat lovers, BLT etc. I've not had any of their other food yet but I'd like to try their salads & spiedies.

Their delivery is not very good. It usually takes them an hour to deliver to my house also in Vestal and two out of the three times the pizza was barely warm. One time it was completely cold along with our garlic knots and my husband called them and they tried to brush him off so he asked for a manager. After a bit of back & forth, they finally put us down for a free pizza on our next delivery. They need to invest in thermal delivery bags for their deliveries!!! Hot pizza makes happy customers.

Nirchi's normally has really good food, but I will never go there again. I ordered a salad and it wasn't what I thought it would be. I called the store to get it replaced with something different. The manager said there was nothing that could be done even though I didn't eat it. They tried to charge me for the other salad I wanted it replaced with. One would think if the customer wasn't happy with what they ordered they would replace it with what they wanted and not try to charge them a second time with no refund for the first item. I will never go here again.
