Salad was horrible. Found a black piece of lettuce that had been there for a very long time. I almost want to say that it was intentional put in there. Look at the picture. Everything looks fresh except my special gift. Won't be going back guarantee.

Absolutely wonderful place for dinner! This was our first stop upon arriving in the Fort Worth area, and we may just need to stop here every time now. Very attentive staff and amazing Italian food in very generous portions. Everything we ordered came quickly and at the right temperature. Will definitely have the baked cheese tortellini again. The chef salad was huge! The garlic knots were perfect.

Hair in food as soon as I opened my case. They made me talk to the cook and he seemed a little baffled by the hair. I don't go around putting hair in my food. They offered to correct, not refund, but at their time- now or never, they said. I had picked up bc we didn't have time to dine. They're lucky I don't report them for the food and demand a refund.

This was my second time coming to Niki’s and both times have been excellent. Both times I got my meal to go, but from what I could see from the foyer/waiting area it has nice amenities. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and happy to answer questions I had. The first time I visited I ordered the chicken parm sub and requested onions and peppers be added, which they graciously obliged, and this second time I ordered the Stromboli. Both orders were delicious and came in fairly large portions. Plenty of gooey cheese, flavorful meat, and fillings on both items, and the pizza dough casing on the Stromboli was nice and crispy. I will definitely be adding Niki’s to my regular rotation of frequented restaurants.
