“Our customer service is top rated and I am sorry you do not agree. I dont remember this ticket and your name is not in our files. I've looked several times so I have no way how to address this. Sorry if we caused any inconvenience. We are very in tune with our customer service so I dont know what happened.”

So in Tune customers you passively aggressively respond to a review 2 years later instead of doing your job properly to begin with. Honestly I would rather have no roof than work with your company. Your clear lack of professionalism and etiquette shows you’re not a good company

It was the beginning of the rainy season. Every company that I called couldn't come out for at least a week. I called Sheppards Roofing was at my home in 2 days. Had the problem fixed by the end of the week. No problems since! I love their fast service. All the workers are very respectful and the owner David Sheepard really knows his stuff. They also even came back by to make sure I was completely satisfied. Not to mention the prices are very affordable. Thanks for saving my roof!! My recommendation to everyone with roof damage is Sheppards Roofing.

My family just recently purchase a home In the Davenport area and before closing on the house the previous owner had the roof replaced by Sheppard roofing services inc. Well one after while I was In the garage working on a project I noticed there was water dripping from the ceiling(it was raining pretty good that day),so I look up in the attic and saw where the water was leaking through the roof. So I thought I would take some pictures and call the company that replaces the roof. When I called I told them the information that had and the lady looked up the contract and said I will have someone out there tomorrow morning first thing, I said okay great!!! They came and repaired the roof free of charge and we were happy! But then a few day later it got even better they sent us a copy of the original contract from the previous owner and then gave us a revised one with our info on it and honored the warranty till 2028!!!! There aren't many companys out there today that would go above and beyond like this company!!!
