So happy with my vanity. The mangowood whitewash is gorgeous and the service was always responsive. Allow an extra week for your vanity to arrive. They seem really busy! First two pics are whitewash finish. Third pic is the mangowood natural finish, it has a more orange and brown tone. Both beautiful 😍

Gorgeous vanity! I was in a time crunch when my contractor told me the custom vanity I was going to order had a lead time of 16 weeks. I thought I would end up having to buy some cheap box store vanity for my new bathroom and stumbled upon Willow Bath and vanity and LOVED their real teak vanities. I called and spoke to Masha who took time to send me photos of what she had in stock and found the perfect vanity that was even nicer than what I had planned on getting custom. I was able to select the sink placement, countertop tile and hardware color. The vanity arrived in less than 7 days - which was quicker than anything else I saw on the hundreds of vanities that I searched for. The quality is top notch, it’s heavy, solid, and it is so beautiful, inside and out. The vanity is worth every penny, and when comparing with high end vanities that have a lot of veneer and particle board, these are the best you can buy for the price. Photos do not do it justice! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for great quality and workmanship.

Be mindful of working directly with this company, they actively intercede with orders from larger retailers, convince to buy direct - buyer beware that you are then subject to their return policy, which as the rep was more than happy to send a picture of to me is 14 days FROM order, not delivery - likely before you have seen the product - and they also will not honor the return policy stated on their website of 30 days. I would only buy from them if protected by larger retailer customer policies.

The customer service I received was simply incredible. I ordered from a big box store and it turns out the color wasn’t available. Not only did they personally contact me to remedy the situation but they went above and beyond by sending pictures and videos so that I could choose another option. I ended up purchasing a replacement directly from Willow and I’m so glad I did. Highly recommend!!
