We' ve just recently bought our first mini and everything is thanks to Michael Monteon. He was so professional, nice, understanding, trying not just to sell a car but to find the best choice for us, explaining everything we wanted to know so many times, assisting with insurance issues - it was the really great job! We are so glad that Michael was our manager and we definitely recommend Michael and Nick Alexander Mini to everyone

After relocating to LA after 5+ years in New York, purchasing a car was inevitable for us. We knew that we wanted a Mini, however, we were torn on which model would work best for our lifestyle. We made an appointment with Michael Monteon and very quickly realized that we were in good hands. He was extremely patient with us as we test drove all the models, was attentive to all of our questions and worked very hard to get us the best possible deal on our new Mini. When we went back into the office to discuss pricing and options, we knew we didn't even want to deal with the hassle of shopping around; we felt very comfortable in our decision of purchasing from Nick Alexander and would recommend them to anyone. The staff is superb and we absolutely love our new car!

The people at Nick Alexander are awesome. So helpful and always happy and freindly. I came from another mini dealer because nicks service was so much better. Thank you for all your help and I always tell people to come to nick Alexander. In a world of mobile devices and texting. It is so refreshing to have a person to person contact. 100% better experience. Thanks again.

I know slim to nothing about cars beyond the style and engine type so explaining what was wrong to the guys here was a bit of a struggle from my end. Luckily, they were very kind and welcoming, all of the men at the service desks were quite friendly and quick to help out! There were snacks which was awesome, and the free ride home was great (kinda wish I got a loaner car, though). I specified that I could not spend any money on fixes beyond what I came there to fix and they honored that request!! (yay) Also - they cleaned the outside of my car & showed me a cool new trick for airing out my mini before I get inside. Thanks guys for an awesome experience, I'll be back (hopefully not soon ;) )

Nick Alexander is consistently providing excellent service! I have been an extremely satisfied customer for the past 7 years and have not purchased vehicles from any other dealer since doing business with them. Prior to doing business with Nick Alexander, I visited 3 other Mini/BMW dealers and were completely turned off by their service, lack of professionalism, and arrogance. Luckily, I was referred to Nick Alexander and because of their all-around excellent service, there was never a need to look elsewhere since then. I've purchased over 7 vehicles over the past 7 years from them for both business and personal use and to date I have never had a reason to complain. From sales, to customer service, service department, and managementthey have all been extremely professional, non-pressured sales, always made things convenientexcellent service all around and it's my pleasure to highly recommend their dealership!!!

From the moment you pull up into the service area I was treated like first class an attendant greeted me ask me my name and had my file ready then escorted me in to see my service advisor who was extremely polite and ask if I have any other issues or concerns in regards to my vehicle. He also check if I needed anything that my mini needed . Then he escorted me to the concierge who had my Loaner vehicle ready. It took me 25 min from start to finish. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants true professionals.

I had the great pleasure of Alexander Mini delivering the car directly to my driveway! This is my second mini cooper from Alexander Mini, third mini total. I love these cars and will deal with Alexander Mini lifelong. Thank you for being so professional, friendly and easy to work with.

The team at Nick Alexander MINI is super helpful and fun. They made ordering a car from across the country a breeze; and they had Broomhilda (my mini) all shined up and pretty when I came to pick her up. In addition, a week or so after I purchased her, they checked in on me to see if I had any questions about operating her, etc. I definitely recommend Nick Alexander MINI.

Everyone at Nick Alexander mini is very nice. Although I waited a bit but the service was good! I was here for maintenance service and they did a good job with that apart from cleaning the car for me. I am happy that I switch to Alexander Mini for this service. I would certainly come again. Thanks!

The service department was a great place when Jonathan was there, This guy did all possible to make it work for me- loaner - work - customer service you name it he had it He is no longer in that department and is not the same anymore -
I been calling Miguel for a week with no return calls - been calling Service manager/ supervisor left him 4 messages for him and never bother to call me / So disappointed and sad because I love this place but customer service is not priority to them

---------------Spoke to Mr. Nick GM- wow amazing. Man !! he took care of me and listen to my concerns / it's sad that I had to go to him FOR the issue of not getting calls back from Service Dept. or Service Manager /
He got on it right away .
I send them 2 clients since my purchased and I want them to feel good about their purchases - both bought and they love their cars - and I want them to be happy with the Service department too❤️❤️
So update since bringing my Car in , Miguel has been on top of the repairs- has been contacting me and keeping me updated on the repairs done to my car.
So far to what I was informed all repairs where done. If this is correct they did it in a very fast matter and that is a plus for me and happy ❤️❤️❤️
