I tried to do a private gun transfer there and very rudly denied. My self and the seller called ahead and the man who answers the phone said it would be no problem as long as you show up before 7:30 and bring $10. Myself and the seller showed up at 6:15 well before the 7:30 cut off time we were told and we were turned away. We were the only two customers at the counter but the clerk refused saying it takes much too long and it would not be worth it for him. I am very busy and had to cancel an apointnent to make there and drove for 30 minutes it’s no less. Don’t advertise that you do transfers if that’s not the case! Any potential future gun sales on mine or the sellers will not be there that’s for sure!

For someone who is supposed to be in a customer service business, they’re we’re very off putting when I asked to do a gun transfer in store. If you don’t want to do pistol transfers, don’t advertise that you do, it’s that simple. I was going to look at a purchasing a Gen 5 Glock and holster but I will take my business elsewhere and tell all of my friends the same!

Phenomenal range. Fantastic staff and very safe. I would recommend this facility to anyone. I had a blast using an AR-15. What a rifle. I would have loved to shoot a 1911, but NY laws say otherwise. I will be returning to enjoy more time on the range. Every rifle they had was a different experience, and soooo much fun. I've read other reviews and anyone who call a rifle a weapon needs their head examined. They are a tool, nothing more.

Finally got to get to go have some range time before my trip to Canada for a wedding. Paid for 1 hour and 3 targets, handed my license to the Manager Jeff who put it behind the counter in a little plastic tray. After my hour was up, went to go get my license back. A different employee hands me a license, calls me by the IDs name which wasn't me. He didn't even look like me. After I handed it back, Manager Jeff, came back over to see what was wrong. My license was no where to be found. Either that employee handed it away, someone took it with out looking or they lost it. This was my Enhanced license, so I could not cross the border. I would have lost out on a few hundred dollars if my wife didn't go.
All I was told by the manager Jeff he would take full responsibility and he would reimburse my money after I paid for my replacemt license. They did take my number if it came back up. I called later that day for some sort of update, but nothing. So instead of going to the wedding, I was at the DMV at 6am on a Saturday waiting in line. Not one apology from anyone, no empathy of any sort.

Five days later, not one call on an update. I work third shift so I got a chance to go back to get reimbursed. A different employee did greet me when coming in, after talking to him, he had no clue what had happened or was even told about it. I guess he called the owner Tom, where I was then reimbursed. I know this employee had nothing to do with what happened, but still not one apology, not even from Tom on behalf of their business.
For a place that rent, sells, and train with firearms, you'd think they would pay better attention with a customer's ID and sort of apology instead of making me look like the one who messed up. Its not fun being yelled at by your wife all weekend via phone calls and text cause someone isn't bright enough to hold a license for an hour.
I'll find a better place to go which is disappointing. I don't mind paying more if it means I know my personal information is save and I recommend everyone else does the same.

Used to go there before moving out of state and when Dennis owned it. Multiple length ranges, law enforcement there a lot to do their range time.

Never rented because I always owned firearms. Lane time is per hour and as long as you are grasping the concept of firearm safety, they will leave you alone for the most part. Never been to a range where newbies or groups are not watched like a hawk. You are shooting a gun

New owners are making this place so much better.

Rental fees are high and so are the range fees. The staff will babysit you to the extreme with any rentals (and will cite insurance reasons), they watch from a few feet away the entire time you shoot, which is aggravating if you are an experienced shooter who wants to try a new weapon. They ruined the experience for me, as the staff was breathing down me and my dates neck at the range. I can't stress how kindergarten level the treatment was. As a military veteran I understand range safety very well, and I've been on countless other ranges, this was to a level above and beyond, encroaching into uncomfortable levels of unnecessary guidance during your range time. Unless you have never ever shot before, I HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere. If you want to rent an expensive weapon, pay for slightly marked up ammo, use a standard no frills indoor range, and have another man do everything short of hold onto your shoulders and belt loop while you shoot, only to rush you off the range once all the fun and any privacy with your companions were removed, then look no further; this is the range for you.
I know options are limited in this area, but you'll have more fun buying a red Ryder and plinking cans in the back yard.

Good size and average pricing. It would be nice if the pistol and rifle range were separate. People working here are a little rude. I have been to better.

Decent place, range is kind of rundown and old. Uses wobbly planks of wood as a counter in each lane. Range prices for an hour were not bad. Wish membership prices were better
