They are good at what they do. Pricing is very high.
$5 spark plug for $35? I gave them one from home, I was planning during the summer to change them out myself.. but working too much..
A $20 coil pack for $85.??
I'm in service work myself, State licensed also, and I have to drive to clients house to do my work and I don't charge this much?
Come on a 20% markup on parts is fair.?
And most good dealerships also offer free multi-point inspections, and offer to rotate tires
I can tell they didn't even check the air in the tires I wonder if they check the oil and air cleaner?
Nice people, but need to be more fair to clients, I have to be!!
They're good at sending reminders but no coupons..
If they were better with their pricing I would have them do more work, on my multiple Honda's.response / report this review -

Driving to Michigan on our way home to Minnesota our air stopped working in the car. They fit us in on a busy day and fix the problem for a very fair price very very quickly. They are super nice.

Truly excellent staff all around- I loved my experience with Battle Creek Honda. I spoke first with George, then Kevin and Bill. They were all more focused on my experience as a person than anything else and that was extremely helpful in my dire situation. They worked constantly to find what I was looking for, finance it, and educate me about the entire process with patience and warmth. I will never even bother going to a different dealership as long as the team here works so well!

It was our first time to Battle Creek Honda. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Bruce (service mgr) and Rachael were most kind. Our experience was greatly appreciated and will look forward to going again. We have relocated to Coldwater from Texas and Battle Creek is our closest dealer. Thank you for making us feel welcomed.

I've bought and helped others buy a lot of cars. By far, the best trade in offers, purchase price offers and respect for my time as a customer I've experienced. Dare I say no BS. I've been a Toyota person for almost 20 years and this place has stolen 3 purchases from toyota so far based on their customer service and fair prices. (Of course also because Honda quality is up to par.) - Honda convert
