My family has been to several other walk in clinics. This one has the best staff. Everyone is responsive to customer needs. Typically patients don't sit for long periods to see a PA or Doctor. They get us in and out and on our way quickly.

Came in today early morning for an infection. It is conveniently close by to my house. The staff was great Paloma the receptionist helped me with my insurance and processed my paperwork and Leo the MA/ X-ray-tech was very kind and professional. the doctor was really nice as well. I’ve never had an urgent care visit be so easy and comforting. I hope not to come back anytime soon, but if I need urgent care I will definitely come back to this one.

I was really sick over the weekend and I needed urgent care. So I went to urgent care everyone is really nice especially paloma and leo and the doctor.

I was recently sent there buy my campus staff.. To have a laceration treated on my finger. The front desk lady wouldn't even look up on her cumputer. To get ahold of the campus.to confirm. Just said from the start that i wasn't covered the other guy\staff member sitting next to her was just watching a movie or tv show on his tablet. After i had a classmate have a teacher contact them. And campus incident contact them. After almost an hour I ended up having to drive to the Newport ER. I still don't know what to think about my experience there.

I arrived a little after 8:30pm and there was nobody at the desk - she was in the bathroom. When she arrived I stated my issue, what I needed and provided my insurance card only to be turned down. She said "we took our last patient already and have patients waiting in the back". I again asked if they close at 9pm and if she knew of any other urgent care facilities nearby only to get back a "sorry" and "we open at 8 tomorrow". I left and was searching for alternative urgent cares nearby that were still open (there were none) and while searching I see the same woman turn off the lights and leave the facility, but no patients to be seen. Clearly they just did not want to treat me, and will never be receiving my business nor my recommendation. I went to the ER Hoag- Irvine and they treated me rapidly and with great care.

I dont understand why people like this get into the healthcare industry, clearly not to help people; it says they close at 9 so i arrived there at 845 and I was refused service bc although they are open till 9 and their staff was still there they apparently only see people up until 830 and could not explain why their website states 9 (or why they were open and fully staffed). You would think that people who actually care about sick patients would say ok we will see you it takes 10 minutes instead they said I could go to the emergency room for what I believe to be is strep throat. SO DISTURBING DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY CLEARLY DONT WANT IT

I used to visit this Urgent Care frequently when I worked near by. My job changed my insurance and they can no longer see me, so I had to look for a new Urgent Care to visit.
Keeping in mind that this is an urgent care and not my regular doctor, I am pleased with the level of service I received here. The doctors seem to try their best to help you feel better and while this may not be the most personalized care I have ever received, they do an adequate job getting me in and out with minimal hassle. I especially appreciate their hours as I have been able to get in first thing to see the doctor before I go to work, and still get into the office in time.
Again, this is urgent care, so I don't expect the most personalized service at this office, but the one time I did come in and was unimpressed with the total lack of concern I received from the doctor on staff, I came a few days later to find that doctor had been removed from the rotation, and they apologized for my less than stellar experience.response / report this review -

Everybody was courteous from check-in to our experience with X-ray, the back office staff, and the very professional doctor. I am a physician and was very impressed with the treatment of my son who broke his finger.

I will not be back at this Urgent Care. I found the staff to be unhelpful and they didn't care that I was sick, with fever, and hoping for an answer. I was given no answers. The nurse stuck me so hard with a needle that my arm is still sore 48 hours later. When the Dr. called to notify me of bloodwork, again no explanation as to what they meant other than there was inflammation in my body. No one had any bedside manner or care for patients. I know those clinics want shovel patients in and out, but to at least pretend to care about the sick ones would be a step in the right direction. I won't be back.

They were great! I used them twice and on both occasions, I had doctors that listened and took time to diagnose my problem. They took the time to go over the treatment plan. I had Dr. Nair on one of the occasions, and he was great. On that visit, I was helped by Rose, a nurse, and Andrea in the front office. They both treated me as if I was a longtime patient and were extremely friendly and helpful. I have been to other walk-ins where you had to wait a long time. I was seen right away (within 5 minutes). I can highly recommend them.
