Purchased a new Volvo late Feb 2017. Worked with Preston Welch & William Gardner. Transaction was easy, no pressure & fast! Great guys, couldn't be happier with the purchase and overall experience. How all auto purchases should be!

I traveled from San Diego to buy a used car here. The sales staff were very helpful, genuinely nice, and not at all pushy. The pricing was firm and below KBB so there was no haggling needed (or allowed). The finance department was just OK, "encouraging" me to buy overpriced add-on protection plans was annoying, mediocre coordination of transaction. When I came back to pick up the car it was ready at the front door washed, detailed, and a full tank. Nicely done guys!

I was very happy with the service of my s40 provided by Autonation Volvo. This shop provided excellent service with intergrity. I had my car serviced at this location since I own it and pricing was very reasonable and service has been excellent. My car had problem with the PVC Oil trap. I was at first not happy because it was quoted very high. I thought about not having the job done at this place but eventually decided to let them replace it. At the end, the actual price as a lot less than the original estimate. turns out the original estimate was either over conservative or just an honesty mistake. the fact that they automatically adjust it to the correct pricing shows this company's integrity, not taking advantage of customers' lack of knowledge (I actually know that the original quote was too high because my son's good friend owns a shop. I ended up paying just the same as what the other shop would charge).

This is a great place to buy a car. Preston (the guy who sold me the car) and Darryl (the sales manager) are super friendly and I didn't feel pushed to buy a car (unlike my experience with most other dealerships)! Don't buy a German car before paying this place a visit! You also get free maintenance + free brakes change for 3 or 4 years, and did I mention that once you make a repair at the dealership, Volvo has you covered for parts and labor in case you need to have the same part taken care of again! What company does that?!!! AWESOME!!!

I had a great experience with the staff at AutoNation Volvo! Ghaleb and I did a lot of the work over the phone (since I live in San Diego). He worked hard to give me the best possible price for my trade-in and for the final price on the car I wanted. Once inside the dealership, it was smooth sailing. Great service all around by all the staff. I am very pleased with my purchase and love my new S60.

i was able to arrange a service appointment for early the next day. After the initial inspection (the engine was still under the hood!), I spent my time in the lobby while service was completed. The area was clean and comfortable, and I was able to do my paperwork easily. When my car was ready, I was pleased that the 10,000 mile service was complimentary! I did a little happy dance to the amusement of the ladies in the office. My vehicle was cleaned inside and out, and I did another happy dance! Thank you very much! See you for my 20,000 mile check-up!
