The employees are nice and friendly and they seem to really know what they're talking about. I would give 5 stars, but the estimate they gave me was way below what it ended up costing in the end.

Where do I begin? Yesterday, my check engine light came on, my entire car started violently shaking, and the engine cut out as I tried to coast my car to the side of the road. I did a little Google research to see my local mechanic options and these guys popped up as well-reviewed and trusted. I am SO glad that I came by!

Since the time of my car failure was close to their closing time, they instantly offered me the use of one of their loaner cars and, after a quick copy of my driver's license, I was free to go about my normal life's activities due to the kindness and professional service offered here. Sincerely, I have never heard of a mechanic giving out a loaner car. An insurance company, yes. A mechanic, nope! After thinking your entire world just came to a grinding hault, it was amazing to be given the chance to still run around while my car was being worked on.

This morning I got a call from them around 7:45 (they open at 7:30, so this demonstrates their efficiency). I braced for the worse, but he happily told me that the repair (a coil), plus an oil change and a replacement headlight would be less than $300. Talk about relief!

This place is amazing! They are professional, genuinely caring, and efficient. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome and at ease. I feel confident in my vehicle and will definitely return!! Sincerely, a wonderful experience overall :)

I was referred to HB Auto & AC after excessive oil and transmission leaks were found after an oil change for my BMW. Patrick was fantastic. He found the issue and did a full inspection. He saved me money by recommending some needed additional maintenance needed in the same part of the engine. I appreciate that this was recommended, but not pushed. Honest mechanics are hard to come by. He also found an issue with my tire that I didn't even notice. I was probably a few miles from a blow out. Repairs were quick and fair in price. My car was washed and cleaned upon picking it up which speaks volumes about their care for their customers. I will continue to return here.

Took my car in for AC service. They noticed another problem I'd been ignoring and gave me a price to fix. When it was going to take a few hours to do the work they gave me a loaner at no charge. My car runs great now and I didn't have to waste time in the waiting room. Great people there!

I want to thank Josh and the services guys as they are very professional and friendly. Shop is super clean which for me is a huge plus that tells me they care in all aspects from safety to to appearance and most important taking care of customers cars the same as they present themselves. I could not ask for a better shop in walking distance for which I was also referred too 3 years ago.

H Heaven? More like H HellI wish there was a way to give ZERO STAR! We tried this business out because of a flyer in the mail. I wish we had read all the reviews prior to bringing my boyfriend's car in.

We took my boyfriend's car to H Heaven at 8:30 am and they promised a quote within an hour. At 11:30, they hadn't called with an estimate yet so he called them. They said "We'll call you back right away." They didn't call back after 30 minutes, or an hour or an hour and a half. So he called them again at 1 pm and he was told his car needed $5000 worth of repairs. All he wanted was an oil change and routine maintenance. So he said just do the oil change, brake fluids and spark plug repairs. He asked if this would get done within the day and was told that it would get done. At 4:30 we hadn't heard from HHeaven so he called them. It turns out, THEY DID NOT DO THE OIL CHANGE OR THE BRAKE FLUIDS YET and they were missing the spark plug replacement parts so they asked if he could leave the car overnight and everything would be done in the morning. By this time, my boyfriend was very upset and said he would just pick up the car because he had asked MULTIPLE times whether everything would be done within the day and was assured EACH TIME that everything would get done within the day. The staff member called back within 30 minutes to say they did find the spark plug part (miraculously???) and would be done in a few minutes. We went to HHeaven to just pick up his car. Turns out they had taken the car apart so we had to wait till they put everything back together. He got charged $380+ for getting spark plugs replaced, NO OIL CHANGE WAS DONE! He presented the coupon in the flyer and the cost came down to $310+. The parts cost $80 and labor was $300. This was for working on the car for just a few minutes.

NEVER EVER AGAIN will we come back to this place!!! Horrible customer service (never called back within the time frame they say they will); overpricing; and inability to do what they say they will do. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Best auto repair shop ever. On 1/10/15 I noticed a VERY loud screeching coming from the front end of my 2014 Honda Accord, so I called up Steve and he came by later that day, to my house, to check it out for me! Well we couldn't find out what it was, so the next day I had it towed to the shop, we arrived around 1130 am, Steve and me went to lunch and by the time we came back, the car was fixed! Now THAT is friendly customer service!
