Wow! Customer service on steroids! A special shout out to our server Neddy who made our evening amazing!!!!! Her recommendations were all right on!!! When you visit, ask to seat at her area and you won’t be disappointed! A special recognition to the management team tonight who also made our visit special. They know their guest names and check in on you to ensure your visit and service was excellent! Impressive on every level New York Prime Buckhead!!!!!

Expensive and food was good with lots of options and quantity. The service was good for our large group. Unsure if there is a dress code as the majority of our group was from out of town. Seemed business casual. Noticed there was smoking at the bar of cigars, unsure about state laws in Georgia, but wouldnt be allowed in my state. This didn't bother our group, but we were seated away from bar area.

Food is always great! We're from Germany and fiancé wanted to order a (in Germany extreme popular) "Hugo". Nobody knew what "Hugo" was, but they looked it up and served a perfect one! This was outstanding. Greeting from Germany.

While celebrating a birthday we decided to go to New York Prime However my experience was not pleasant. Our party had two pregnant women and a toddler with us. . Bobby Dunlan the co-owner refused to accommodate our party although we called ahead to make sure that there would be no problems. He was rude and acted like a petulant child when we asked for any accommodations.The ventilation system was not working and Bobby Dunlap did not care about how awful the smell was, we ended up having to dine outside and he believed that it made sense to close the door on us. When we asked why he felt the need to close the door his answer was less than satisfactory. I would never suggest this place nor will I go back if that is how paying customers are treated.

This place is difficult to find. The food is fantastic and the service is top notch. There is smoking allowed inside at the bar, which is very unusual these days and caught me by surprise. However, the ventilation is very good and it is hardly noticeable in the dining room.

My favorite steak house anywhere. Pittsburgh style New York strip with cheese mashed potatoes and southwest cream corn are wonderful. When in season, the stone crab claws are a sought after delicacy. Banana cream pie is wonderful too.. If you ever have the room.
