  It’s one of those places where everyone needs to be at some point. It’s always crowded, we’re always missing some surprise document we never knew about and the staff is always less than happy to see us. But while I’m there, I always keep telling myself “Well, it can always be worse”

  Some of the staff is very rude, they don't help you. And they seem racist, also they make people wait a long time

  This place is horrific. I'm watching three employees have a conversation non work related while people have been sitting here for two hours. All of the prior comments talk about how under staffed they are ok hire more people.

  The problem with this place is that it's understaffed. People here work as fast as they can, unlike most of their clientele. 😅 They need more workers to handle the volume of customers. Also, the stupid DMV website was not working properly so, I couldn't make a reservation. That would have speeded things up.

  Phone call has a pre recorded message saying they can't answer phone due to high call volume. It never is different

  Organized ppl. Try to help you as much as they can! Wait time is longer only when it's too crowded otherwise it's in-n-out.

  I entered expecting help and did receive it before I encountered ms. Young at the DMV. She is rude and impatient. I only had a question about the tax rate which she said I only had to fill out the highlighted parts which I then showed her it was highlighted but I just had a question about certain things. Very unprofessional and disgraceful

  Ms Linda was very kind and professional. She answered my questions and even gave me suggestions about the matter at hand. Nice smile and a very warm heart :)

  Sitting here 1 hour and still have 30 numbers ahead of me. I think DMV should be paid by their survey scores like hospitals and then we will see an improvement in this system.
